Average hotel in central location of Toulouse, next to Victor Hugo market and walking distance to main attractions. Room is dated and small but has air conditioning and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very small and old. Little space for luggage in the room, also no power plug next to beds. We had a room facing the back so it was quiet. Hotel has a small elevator (better than nothing), a lobby (also used for breakfast area), free coffee from machine in lobby. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Overall great budget hotel!

Pros: The location is amazing, very central and close walk to everything. There is also a supermarket 1 min away from the hotel. The people who work in reception are very welcoming and helpful. Cons: The hotel, apart from the reception and downstairs area, is very dated. The rooms are old. The toilets are very weirdly designed and the light doesn't reach the actual shower area. Also, there were only two sockets in the whole of the room so it was quite tricky for two people to charge a variety of devices. The sockets were also placed in random locations, not by the bed like the would always be.

Unfortunately the rooms are aged, and it's obvious just by looking. The towels are either dingy or this purposely odd grey color. And it looks like nothing has received a deep clean in ages, especiallythe bathroom. The plus side was its near-by to many things and the AC unit worked wonders; wish they had had it in the lobby as well. Probably wouldn't return, and not my highest recommendation either.

The room we got was nothing like the room online we booked. The hotel is dated and the rooms and bathroom very small. The bathroom toilet and shower floor and curtain were full of mold. Stains were also on the beds sheets 3 of our 7 nights. I don’t mind a clean older hotel but a dirty old hotel makes for a unpleasant experience. The WiFi was terrible. It was also unsecured, which is dangerous to anyone accessing the internet. Our view was a ugly parking garage directly across the street. The street is very noise as several restaurants are next door and people eating, drinking, singing. So you’ll never sleep with the windows open. One one electric outlet for the whole room was challenging. Be aware that all the doors to the rooms are clustered at the end of the hall so you can hear each neighboring room coming and going. This is a 1 Star hotel NOT a 3*

Clean. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. Very nice staff. The fire alarm that goes off whenever someone toasts bread for breakfast is the panic button 😕that wakes up customers😝 but a good drill😄

Good enough as a place to sleep. Clean room, minimal furniture, good beds. Breakfast paid separately. Helpful staff, some issues with speaking English.

Very simple accommodations but clean and friendly. A bit noisy in the mornings due to parking structure and market across the street.

Nice hotel near the center. Some rooms are over bars and are a bit noisy.

Tiny rooms, tinier bathroom. Great central location but one window in our room was broken so we could hear everything in the early hours of the morning when they do deliveries. It wasn't fun

Petit room, as are all French city centre budget rooms. But no faults. Best location possible for what we wanted! Loved it! 1 minute to walk to bars, restaurants, cafes, market, sights....

There are three Ours hotels in same vicinity... be sure you book the correct one. This one is dated, bathroom towels grey and worn, rooms cleans beds comfortable. One plug point available. For slightly more in terms of budget think it would be better to look elsewhere

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
