I booked some days at this hotel not directly but via another website. At the time of my arrival there was no one on the reception, eventhough at the website where I booked the staying it said that they were going to have someone after 2pm, I tried to call the hotel number using roaming and no one answered the call, I tried to call again and no English spoken, I had to ask someone to translate and they mentioned I had to do a self checking by using a device, I looked for the self checking device and it was not really visible, so I tried to call again and they mentioned it was located on the back of the hotel. I tried the device to do self checking and it said my already booked staying was not paid, I call the website where I booked my staying and they said the hotel was aware that my payment was set, I had wait around 3 hours outside the hotel and on the street waitng for a solution from the hotel but none received. I called again the website where I booked my staying and they relocate me to another place. Please try to be aware about hotel rules and policies and try to get the most up to date information (Which is limited). In my experience I rather stay away from booking on it.

Good value for money. Even better if you decide to not purchase the breakfast from the hotel.

Clean place with good location. For dinner you need a car/taxi/Uber as nothing is nearby

It was surprising to find out there was no one in the reception at the time of arrival, which required a call to the 24h service. The phone reception was on the edge of politeness, the person on the phone being very short on patience. But he answered all questions. Otherwise, very clean hotel, well isolated against noises. The location is however a little isolated, and one needs a car to go anywhere. Maybe add this information on the website description?

The hotel is not expensive, but you get so much in return! We coule arrive at 1.30 am so that was great for our schedule. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice. Only the bathroom is very small and we got 1 towel for 2 persons.

Great reception on arrival, very kind and helpful gentleman at reception very happy with hotel cleanliness. Only problem the WiFi/internet kept cutting out every 10 mins and restarting very annoying if watching football final. Yes I would return to this chain of hotel again.

Room ok but the hotel is far away from everything. Also the reception is not open 24/7 so you must try to register yourself. Personal speaks very little English.

Good basic but clean rooms, polite and friendly. TVs have been upgraded and support chromecast

You can ear everything, planes, cars, other guests, the shower was clogged, the TV didn't work, the ac didn't work, some of the lights were open exposing the wires, there was no one to receive us except for a machine that was pretty hard. We had breakfast and for the price we were expecting more, way more.

This type of hotels is exactly the reason I gave up using Ibis hotels and switched to B&B. "Hotel" means hospitality which is non existent at this establishment.

The room is cozy enough to make you feel at home.
