This hotel is outstanding for many reasons. My top 3: location, employees, breakfast -- thank you!

Brilliant location, clean hotel, amazing staff, good value. We forgot to empty the safe!!!! I know stupid! However when we returned for our bags which we had left at reception the staff told us they had emptied it for us and handed us an envelope with everything in it. Phew! Thank you so much

Great location, but pretty much everything else is lacking. Staff were very unfriendly when I inquired whether a room might be ready a bit earlier than the published check in time, around mid-day. They didn't even bother to check if a room was available and just said "it's too early to check in." A more appropriate response would have been "it's a bit before our typical check in time, but let me see if anything might be available." Some of the evening staff were more friendly and helpful. The location is good, but there's pretty much zero amenities, no fitness center or pool. The temperature control in the room didn't work effectively and it was too hot to sleep. The rooms are small and basic.

Excellent hotel, perfect location for visiting and sightseeing Toulouse; very professional, courteous and helpfully staff; I had a problem with the internet and, with no hesitation, the staff diligently solved the problem. A drawback, the balcony….we took a ‘prestige room’ with a balcony; the room was good but it was very difficult to get out to the balcony as the bed blocks the way so we ended up not using the balcony. Other than that, it was all good.

Front desk was very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Everyone ‘s English is great. Loved the breakfast option. There was lots of food options and coffee machine was great. My room was great on the 5th floor with a balcony. I needed to keep the window open because the airflow in the room wasn’t the best. There is no AC and the room heats up quickly. I was there over Halloween and even with the noise outside, once I closed my window, I couldn’t hear anything.

Clean at any level. Nice breakfast: fruits/juices/dairies/eggs&Co/coffee/teas/pieces of bread... quality and freshness I regret the lack of real cups and glasses in the rooms for tea or water, as cardboard cups, even if they are eco-responsible, are not appetizing, especially for tea and coffee, which are available in the room.

When I opened the minibar I found a plate with cheese from one of the former guests in my minibar. When I discreetly went to the reception with the plate and showed to the receptionist, she reacted like it was my plate. There where no apologies or a friendly 'we are sorry sir'. 0/10 for customerservice for this time And maybe a friendly goodevening to an entering guest would not be misplaced.

Great hotel, very beautiful place. I was there in 2010. Good rooms, good food.

The hotel´s location is great, everywhere we wanted to be was very close: the capitole, cathedral, etc. The rooms are not really large, but it seems to me that this is a common issue in the city. As they are a bit old as well, their lay out is not necessarily optimized. We stayed in a junior suite and keeping our stroller in the room was a bit of a headeache. Other than that, the staff is very friendly nad helpful.

The good: very well situated, very nice reception and breakfast area (designed to feel like the kitchen at home), extremely friendly and helpful staff. There is parking directly underneath, albeit there is tight access The less than good: the rooms have not been renovated in a while, the furniture is outdated, the bathroom has fungus between the ceramic tiles. Therefore rather expensive given the conditions. Also, unfortunately there were few conveniences in the room (shower gel, no more).

Good location in a busy area dowtown. Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable. Only let down was PAPER CUPS! Instead of china and glasses, why be so cheap?

Great location to stay in Toulouse, right in the heart of the city with so much nearby. Had a room on the top floor and it was super quiet. Rooms and facilities are basic but functional. Rooms are on the smaller side, but prices were very reasonable.

The Mercure is situated right next to Place Wilson so is convenient for the centre of town as well as for the Metro. It is small and has a boutique feel to it while providing the usual Mercure standard of amenities. Rooms are small but efficient, my "Privilege" room included free water, soft drinks and a Nespresso machine. Of all the hotels I've experienced in Toulouse, this is one of the better.

So central, lovely decor, friendly staff and top cleanliness. Quiet at night and the beds are just so comfortable, we've stayed twice already!

Very nice staff! I have a suite, but it's just awesome for the price. Directly in the city center so everything is in walking distance. Just arrived this afternoon and I already love it.

Very central and very friendly personell. Room although was very dark and the floor smelled. Breakfast was also nothing special.

Great location and well taken care of at the Hôtel Mercure Toulouse Centre Wilson Capitole. Wonderful lobby bar for relaxed conversation. Convenient to metro and great restaurants. Staff is very friendly and informative on walking routes. Thanks!!
