Luxury and comfortable rooms, a relaxing spa, and friendly staff. However, the breakfast is limited and the scramble eggs do not look fresh at all, the WiFi is slow and there is bad reception in some of the rooms, the pool area is okay but it’s very limited in size and furniture around it. Overall it’s a modest hotel, but a bit old fashioned.

The gym is really dusty, haven't been cleaned for at least a month, otherwise the place is cool.

The airport shuttle was an awesome feature. They were very responsive to my airline, arrival schedule. The staff was very helpful and they spoke english. The location is good to get to the city center or the airport. Additionally, there's a large Carrefour walking distance away if you want to get some snacks. The hotel room decor seemed a little outdated, but the bathroom seemed modern and had the rain feature for the shower. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, but the quality could've been better for the price. Lastly, the hotel has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner for your convenience. You do pay for that convenience.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

Very comfortable Hotel, easy access to the motorway network. Rooms were spacious. However a little extra care on cleaning, would be a fair comment. Needed more staff on duty, but understand that in the current climate, costs are an issue.

A professional team, smiling, available and attentive despite the COVID situation. The room is very spacious and decorated with refinement. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the additional services (swimming pool and spa) due to lack of time (business trip) but also due to the cold and rainy weather. just one remark to make : The lack of light to take the stairs out of the parking lot.

Beware charges fees without notification billing practices fraudulent. I was over charge on my stay there. If your from the USA beware. Besides the billing everything else was fine.The hotel itself is very nice. The restaurant food was excellent. The grounds are lovely. And the pool and spa are nice. If it wasn't for the billing I would had given this resort 5 stars but because of that. I can not recommend in good conscience this resorts to Americans.

Great location, nice rooms, breakfast ok

Went in for dinner. The place is nice, quiet and cozy. The food is good and different from the usual steak and fries you find everywhere now. The sommelier serves wine according to your meal. Had a pretty good evening overall!

Clean, spacious and quiet rooms, Françoise even accommodated us with connecting rooms for our children. Jason at the restaurant for breakfast was so kind and accommodating. A great place and felt very safe.

Very pleased with the hotel and the breakfast / diner options. Everyone was very helpful.

I have been charged twice the amount for my stay and I am waiting almost since two months for reimbursement. After plenty of mail exchange with the reception I haven’t heard yet any excuses from the hotel management. As of today I am still trying to get my money back

Location is a somewhat suburban, but very near Airport, Purpan hospital campus, Aerospace Campus, Antique Roman arenas and huge shopping mall/supermarket. Palladia has a unique auditorium with very active cultural program. just one caveat : not in the center of Toulouse . It is a choice to be made . Tramway is near, and city center is 20 minutes away only
