Awful hotel, they charge 50 EUR deposit (as guarantee) on top of accomodation price, reception staff is not providing esential information like the fact that they have a 19 EUR/day special price parking fee for the public parking nearby (they don't have private parking), but even if you know and ask about this they don't inform you how it works. They just pass on a parking ticket without any instructions and when you will try to use it it won't work so you end up paying the full price on top of the 19 EUR/day they take from you.. (the tickets have to be submitted in some order, if you just insert the ticket they give you it doesn't work). No breakfast to go in case you have an early flight. Oh and some rooms have the toilet squeezed in between 3 walls with very little space. (kudos to the architect :)

Hotel is terrible. Check in. There was only one employee on the reception when I arrived. When I arrived, told him about my reservation and gave him my passport, he began doing something, in a minute he started talking to someone in the phone and kept talking for next 10 minutes completely ignoring me. A line of other visitors formed behind me, and only after that he decided to finally serve me. Room service. When we checked in to the hotel after a long drive and called the room service and started ordering items from their menu, non of them were available and they recommended us not even to try using their room service, but call a local delivery, without providing any details about it. They were so ashamed of their own service, they they didn’t even try to serve us. WIFI. There is no opportunity to connect to the internet in the lobby, even though it is claimed that WIFI works on all the floors, in rooms, next to the pool, and obviously in the lobby, but in reality there is a network with a password, which has exact name with the hotel, but staff refuses to give the password and claim that there is only one insecure network available or the guests. The pool. The first photo when u google this hotel is the nice looking and good size pool. In reality it’s so tiny that it won’t even fit a baby. When we finally tried it, the water temperature was extremely low that it made it impossible to enjoy time around the “pool”. No washroom on the lobby floor. I don’t think that this is acceptable unless hotel is located in an ancient building where it is technically impossible to have a bathroom on the ground floor, but this isn’t that case. The only available bathroom is located on the 6th floor.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges. Its prime location made it easy to explore Toulouse by foot, with most landmarks and restaurants just minutes away. Don't miss the breakfast buffet; it's worth every bite! A special thanks for accommodating our early check-in request; it made a big difference in our trip. Our room was nice and decently sized for two people, although I do wish the shower was larger and less slippery. The only disappointment was the unheated pool; it would have significantly enhanced our experience. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall. Also, don't forget to try the charming Argentinian empanadas place right next door called 'El Almacen.' You will not regret it!

The rooms are pretty poor for their claimed rating. The bed was bad, the bathroom was very bad, but the technology connectivity was ok. We would place them in the low 3 star to upper 2 start range. The gym was actually pretty nice, the pool area was exactly what you see and the breakfast options in the morning was actually lovely. The location is ok, it is part of a shopping mall and convenient but if you are expecting 4-5 start accommodations this is not it. Good in a pinch but would advise looking to another hotel for this price.

Visited during a warm October, no AC. Rooms are very small, few amenities. The location is great as is the breakfast buffet. Several tour groups and business meetings during our stay.

Great location, and room was good sized for a family with two young kids. Staff service during breakfast was wonderful too! Special shout-out to Julien for his attentiveness to children’s needs, which made dining a pleasant experience. Will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time

Great location and great room and overall service. Ate breakfast there and it was totally worth it with excellent options and freshly squeezed orange juice

It was pretty good, specially the staff. Everyone very kind, I need to mention Victor Hugo from the breakfast and Beatriz from the reception were both excellent people and very professional!! Love it!!

It is very good except few minor things such as no Iron and table, no laundry bags, no body lotions, no bar soap (on demand), but overall it was a good place to stay

Clean and tidy with a good breakfast choice. Room was a little small but the staff were lovely.

This hotel is very good for families, as it is a recently renovated building from the 70s or earlier (if you look closely, you can see its roots) that is a four-star because of the new finishes and facilities, but also because it has a number of rooms that are really a combination of two adjoining rooms from the original design. One side of the combined room has the main bed, a TV and bathroom while the other includes a sofa bed - often a bunk bed popular with the kiddies - and a kitchen converted from the original room's bathroom, as well as another TV. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is minutes from the Capitôle.

Even the rooms are a bit tight, the interior has a nice modern style. The breakfast was extraordinary good. You don't find this so often in hotels. The price of 18 Euro was it worth it. Also a nice bar where you can get special cocktails. Bar keeper recommended me a delicious cocktail. Short ways to many sighs in Toulouse downtown. Will come back!

Okay hotel. Expensive compared to others. Pool is nice, but small, too little chairs. Rooms are ok, good shower.

Good hotel, Toulouse centre behind le Capitole. Walking distance from all the restaurants and places to visit downtown

No space to unload the car, a flight of stairs right in the entrance, a small & not very comfy room, poor service at the bar. For me, this is at most a mediocre 3-star hotel.

After our Airbnb cancelled a day before our trip, my parents and I were lucky to find rooms available at the Mercure Saint Georges. Unfortunately, in my frantic rush to book I put in the wrong dates and only discovered my mistake on checking in. The staff member at the front desk was patient and so helpful, he managed to find us rooms for our real travel dates And we could not have been happier! My parents stayed in a very spacious apartment with a kitchenette and balcony and my king room had everything I needed. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there are plenty of bakeries and cafes nearby if you want to eat out. Location is superb- 5 min walk to local train station, 10 mins walk to regional train station and more than enough to see on foot nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great time at his hotel, stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. the Hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from the Place de Toulouse and in 5 minutes walk of the metro. The hotel lobby is lovely and the bar is nice and welcoming, the staff were extremely nice and the breakfast buffet is rich and very good as expected. I had the fortune of traveling on business, so as all regular rooms were full I got booked in a great room with a separate living room, kitchen and a massive shower. the room was fully equipped with two large TVs (mostly french channels, as always) a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine and other nice stuff (bathrobes and such). The bed was extremely comfortable but the highlight of it all were the pillows, I can say these were the best pillows I ever had in a hotel. Shower was nice although water pressure isn't really the best (As in all the hotels I were in in Toulouse). I also had a nice view from my window to center Toulouse. I will definitely go back, had a great time.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
