Not a bad place by any stretch of the imagination but somewhat disappointed. Holding charges of €70 per person, per night meant it was very expensive. Can't fault the staff, they were very helpful. Very close public transport links and close to the airport.

Very good but... hot food on cold plates and one towel in a room for two means a bit more attention to detail needed. Dinner choices very appealing, good wine offering. Quiet and comfortable room.

Lovely hotel, perfect for our little stopover.

I loved the room: extremely comfortable bed, very big room with couch inside and bathroom and toilet separated. A nice space to hang your clothes at the entrance. Tea and coffee in the room, a little fridge with water inside. View in the swimming pool. A huge TV screen. The staff is friendly, especially Marceau: he is great and we had a great talk on the way to the airport. The shuttle service is fast and efficient and it takes only 10 minutes without traffic. The breakfast in incredible with a lot of pastries, really good bread, fresh ham and cheese, English breakfast available, juices of all sorts: apple, orange, detox... Just WOW!

EV drivers beware: they claim to have charging infrastructure, but do not count on it! I specifically booked the hotel because I would arrive by electric car and need to charge overnight, and the hotel claimed to have charging infrastructure. At arrival, it turns out that what they have is just an outdoor power socket with an extension cord... Apart from the fact that that is not safe at all, it is no solution. I did not have a cable to connect to a regular power socket with me so I couldn't charge at all. Even if I could have charged, the battery would have been far from full. Therefore, I had to get up an hour earlier the next day to find a fast charger before my meeting. I was very angry with this, but the apathic receptionists could not care less and did not help to find a solution. Apart from that, the food in the restaurant was bad: the fries were cold and the steak was very chewy. Dine somewhere else. Rooms were OK and clean but nothing special. Very much 'soulless big chain' like. Breakfast was good.

Really lovely hotel. Close to the airport. Shuttle was really handy. Lovely welcome. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Air conditioning everywhere. Pool is great. Brilliant base for exploring Toulouse as the tram stops nearby. Our 2nd visit and we will be back.

Not good on the first impression but on the second. When you arrive the building looks like flophouse. But inside everything is fine. Friendly and fast check in. Parking for free. My room was on first floor. everything was good. Breakfast from 5:30 was also good.

Heated pool was cold, water in shower was tepid. Clicclac bed the springs we coming through the very thin mattress, no pillows for the clicclac bed. staff very friendly and welcoming and kind. Evening meal was lovely fish and chips sons meal good my rice and stuffed fish was ok. Entre tomato and mozzarella very disappointing. Gourmand richer was very good, fruit flavourless. Breakfast was sufficient. Towels were really luxurious.

Firstly, upon arrival and check in, we were told that we had not booked breakfast, we had. I had to show my confirmation and was told that it has miraculously just shown up. We booked a non smoking room and were given the keys. When we entered the room it was apparent that someone had indeed been smoking. I reported it to reception and we had to move to a different room. The quality of clean in this room left a lot to be desired , but we had driven for 9 hours and just needed to eat and sleep , so we let it go. Having booked what we thought was a decent room , that advertised bathrobes, sippers and a mini bar, the room had none of these. Having decided on a quick meal, we went to the restaurant and saw a table with a meal of burger and fries , to be honest, not my usual choice but it looked good and would be quick. The waitress arrived and I placed my order, to be told no, it was a child’s meal. I said I was happy to pay the difference. It didn’t get me anywhere, so we ordered a club sandwich and fries. It arrived 25 minutes later, was cold, soggy and was extremely unsatisfying. We left half and went to bed. We had decided that we would not complain at the hotel but would write a letter when we returned home. The receptionist asked upon checkout if everything was ok, I said no but we would be writing to the hotel management. He persisted, so I told him. He kindly credited the breakfast but said that his manager would telephone me to discuss everything, 4 days later we still await the call. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It most definitely is not. I will be posting this review on google to warn everyone off. I understand Covid has had a massive affect on hotels and I am always eager to support them and give excellent reviews , when deserved. However Covid cannot be blamed for what was a disaster of a hotel, with many many issues. I could slightly forgive all this if it was a cheap b&b but as a 4 star charging 149 euros plus 16.50 euros pp for breakfast it was unforgivable. We travel Europe in normal times extensively and it goes without saying we will never use this hotel or group again.

Will never stay at an Accor group hotel again if possible. Pre authorization amount is ridiculous if you spend more than 3 weeks in France in an Accor group hotel although the room has been paid in advance and is not refundable. Airco not working when outside temperature is above 35 degrees Celsisus, and plenty of other negative aspects too.

The stay was very good it combined long stay car parking and an overnight stay. This was a great service. The room and staff were good. My only problem was that I had paid upfront but as my parking stay was over the max 14 days I kept being told I had 3:days parking and a shuttle to pay for. But all of this was paid upfront. The computer obviously could not capture this.

The stay was absolutely lovely. And the girls on the desk specially Beatriz and Alexandra were very kind and helpful. They helped me so much during my stay with service and hospitality. Wonderfull girls...☺☺

I had a good stay in this hotel with the shuttle services helping to go in and out to the city. The staffs of the hotel were really nice especially the one from the reception named alexandra;she was really kind.
