Stayed here for 3 days in Jan. Paid ard 89E/day including breakfast. Below average experience overall. Pros: Spacious rooms, in room cooking. Cons: 1) Zero flexiblity in checking in early or even enter the building. I arrived at 2.30 to checkin, they wouldnt even open the door before 3pm and made me wait in the cold. 2) poorly maintained rooms, utensils are not clean, paint was falling off the roof in bathroom , corridor and lift smelled bad 3) attempted to charge my credit card twice. One while checking in and a 2nd time automatically without telling me. Thankfully my bank blocked and labelled it as fradulent transaction. 4) No amenities in room (no coffee, hand gel , lotion etc) and dont have daily room keeping 5) Breakfast was so-so.. In short, not the ideal place for a solo business traveller.

Was super impressed with this hotel! Slightly nervous as wasn't sure if the translated booking website we used had quite carried all the details across that we needed to know about the room etc, but we were not disappointed. The room was beautifully clean, and the staff we spoke to were really lovely (and understanding of my terrible French!). We were surprised but pleased to find a mini kitchen in the room, with a large fridge - you could easily cook your own meals here. The room was super spacious, with plenty of storage, lovely large bathroom, and everything you could need! Hairdryer, TV, radio, hob, kettle, dining table, microwave. We also really like the electric shutters on the windows - it was pitch black even in the early evening/morning when it was still light outside. Breakfast was lovely, a good selection on pastries, breads, cereals to choose from. The hotel was perfectly positioned to get the tram from the Palais de Justice, sit by the Garonne of an evening, and was easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Perfect location. Overall, really, really pleased with our stay here!

I didn't like it, the room was big but not cosy and cold, there wasn't any hall or a bar at the reception, the reception is not 24 hours

Nice location and spacious room, but beware if you are coming in the summer, as there's no air conditioning. The hotel gets extremely warm and stuffy. Also, the WiFi here is very slow.

The hotel is more of a hostel, and although it does get a few things right, the overall feeling is that it's trying to look good in pictures rather than actually being a nice place to stay at. We were two people checking in, and as we entered our room we were hit by a very strong smell of chemical cleaning products that stayed throughout the whole stay even though we kept the windows fully open the whole first day. It seems the pipes in the bathroom were bad as there was always a nasty smell in there (and it felt like the strong cleaning products were used to cover that up). There was only one towel for the two of us, the trash had not been emptied, there is a kitchen in the room, but you need to clean it yourself and it doesn't seem to include all the necessary kitchen utensils. The room is clean, which is nice, and when we asked them to take out the not emptied trash for us, they did it and were helpful. There is also a small TV and stereo (that we didn't try). The room has a few signs telling you to be silent and respect your neighbors, do your dishes, and save energy, which do not feel very welcoming. It's fairly cheap, so you shouldn't expect much, but our feeling was that the care had been put into making good advertisement for the hotel, not making the actual stay nice, and in the end, it feels like a hostel.

Nice room for the price, lots of space and great bathroom but had such a terrible sleep due to the heat in the room. It was quite cold outside and rainy but the room was almost 30 degrees all night! Even with the the window open and a fan blowing all night it was just impossible to sleep. Also found someone else’s dirty sock under the bed..

Throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and of great assistance, especially when we left a computer in the rental car which we returned to RentScape in Bordeaux. The Office Manager contacted UPS Couriers to collect the computer. We prepaid UPS but they never collected the computer. Regarding the apartment, the room and bathroom were a good size. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the only “ Air Conditioning” was a single fan which was very noisy, which made sleeping very difficult. This fan suddenly stopped working and was replaced by a much quieter fan. Parking was a problem near this property, resulting in us walking almost everywhere , not wishing to loose our parking spot. Breakfast was basic. Rating: 7.5/10

The toilet sets were too high to use (understand for handicapped). The beds were not the most confortable. The hallways and inside could be improved, dirty and smell. But still ok for a visit to Toulouse.

The Pros: Rooms are large, location is very convenient, price is good. Staff was also pretty flexible with us (e.g. allowed slightly earlier check-in). Good value. The Cons: Rooms need some more love (e.g. some rust on the doorframe to the toilet, dirty drapes) and everything feels aging and cheap. The hallway stank, though the room was ok. People did not answer at reception which was annoying - we had to wait for someone to leave the building in order to enter. Internet is borderline-unusable: 1-2Mbit down, 0.12Mbit up.

Comfortable room, fully equipped, nice view, in the centre of the city where you can buy anything just through walk. They will ask you about breakfast but what about dinner don't know....

Room are good, but were warm this time, even though outside it had cooled down, inside the heat from days before was still there

This place is old and dirty. The first thing you see when you enter are stains all over the carpet in the hallway. Our room was not clean ( hair in the shower, a full trashcan, dirty cups and oven, etc. ). Also the bed itself is ripped because it’s so old. The staff was not friendly or understanding either. There are definitely better options in the city.

Good hotel, with excellent service. Great location, near everything, but still quiet at night. While at the hotel for more than two weeks, my experiences with the staff were all phenomenal. The employees and management went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Had a great time at the hotel. Large and clean double bed apartment with small yet fully equipped kitchen, dining table, tv, and comfortable bed. Very quiet as window faced a backyard. Breakfast buffet is really poor and the lady is totally incompetent

The hotel was really nice and the breakfast too. The cleanroom service not good. During my 2 weeks stay, my room was cleaned just two times and because i asked for it, including the change of towels.

The staff is lovely, the suite is comfortable and the area is excellent for shopping, eating and sightseeing. You can't do better for the price.

The hotel is located in a very nice part of Toulouse and very close to both Carmes and Place De Justice tram/metro station. A pity that the receptionist only works until 10pm so there is no help/assistance after. Rooms are spacious but dated. The mattress was sagging and pillows were to old.

Exccelent hotel with the worst Wi-Fi connection I’ve ever seen.

I booked a double room and was provided a room with two single beds. Upon request for a double bed, the receptionist told me that the hotel was full and they had no rooms available. The shower stall door was broken and fell on me. The headboard of the bed was ruined and leaking pieces of leather. In general, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The only positive note was the location close to downtown.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
