Clean and updated hotel in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and downtown. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. They even give you a bottle of water for your room. They also have a restaurant and bar in the hotel

This hotel is very well located: when you come from the airport, the 'navette' (8€ per ticket and 15 minutes) drop you in front of it. The bar/restaurant is nice and it is very good to get real orange juice in the morning! The rooms are ok, with pretty small toilet. And the bed was too hard for me. Real plus: you can watch Canal+ in your room. Good point!

Really good hotel all around. Room that was spacious and clean, a lively common area with a pool table along with a bar and restaurant. And the location was amazing too, right next to a park for a stroll to kill jet lag. It is also close (about 15 minute walk) to the main square. My only gripe is the closet for rather small and there was no iron / iron board to press your clothes. Especially when they are somewhat wrinkled after a transatlantic flight. The toilet in my room was separate from the shower. If you are traveling for business it can be an annoyance since the sink to wash hands is in the shower room. But if you are traveling with spouse or family, this can be a good thing. But overall, a great hotel with spacious rooms and great service. Will be staying here again.

Perfect location, garage below the hotel, clean, peaceful, direct access to the park. Staff friendly. Breakfast selection could be better...

A good city hotel, conveniently located. Very generous breakfasts, a good bar, outstanding staff. We enjoyed our stay there on a Road Scholar tour of Bordeaux vineyardsn paleolithic cave paintings and museums art galleries etc.

Amazing place What can we say….this hotel is amazing from the beginning to the end. Firstly, this hotel is immaculate : the bedrooms are clean and anywhere in the hotel as well, easy to access with a free parking, close to the city center and all the commodities (walking distance 5-10min)! The staff is incredibly friendly, kind and professional: reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, housekeeping they all have this little attention to make you feel unique. It was the first time in France for my partner and he enjoyed to discover the food & the wine culture; he’s not a brekky person but during our stay he discovered himself a new passion for the breakfast and the French’s pastries!!! We will definitely come back in this hotel and recommend anyone who wants to come to Toulouse to stay in this hotel! Thank you Mercure Compans Caffarelli for this unforgettable experience!

The hotel is a fine place to stay at, especially if you have business at the convention center next door. The staff was very friendly, great service throughout and very thoughtful housekeeping. The hotel (if your room is facing the courtyard, at least), is exceedingly quiet, rare for a downtown place. You don't hear other guests or traffic or anything. Great for good nights sleep. The breakfast is also good; one small suggestion for improvement might be to offer more healthier options.

I stay in two nights. The room was very nice and clean. Nothing special, but I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was a little light, and some times some of the servings where missing. Friendly customer service and excellent location. Airport buss leaves just in front of the door.

Perfect location!

We arrived at this hotel after a very wet journey and received a very warm welcome from the reception staff who quickly checked us in and issued our keys. Our room was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too and we both slept very well. Breakfast in the morning was very good but we found the layout to be quite confusing on the fist day. However the food was excellent and set us up for the rest of the day ahead. The hotel is very conveniently located and well served by the bus routes, particularly to the airport. As we have friends and family in Toulouse, we find this hotel to be very convenient for our needs.

Damien at the bar was extremely helpful and cared about people. He went the extra mile and is an asset to this hotel. The staff in general were all lovely but his big smile and helpfulness stood out

Good and nice service. Very good breakfast. Well located, close to the congress center, metro, bus and airport shuttle bus.
