It was a short but a very convenient stay, the best part is the Appartment was spacious and well kept, hotel is conveniently located to the train station and to the city center. shortfalls, you have to carry your heavy luggage to the hotel door steps because there is no ramp to easily move your luggage to the hotel door. the bed I not comfortable, and pillows are not as well.

I had to travel with my family and stop at this hotel, but due to a personal health emergency i've had to cancel my trip the same day. I requested not to be charged exceptionnaly, despite my late advise. I would have made the same trip the coming month anyway. They said "No", and charged me. I spend my life in hotels for work. I'll make sure to never stop at this or any Adagio hotel, ever. And of course spread the word to my whole family, friends and business partners. --> Whenever you see Adagio : remember to ALWAYS go to the competition. Whatever it is. It's in the bad moments that we know whom to make business with and whom not :) ADAGIO: never again.

A very nice hotel quite close to city center, and train station. Rooms are very clean and convenient. There is a quite nice lobby. No problem with wifi. You can use every where. For sport lovers it has a small but enough gym. I especially like the hand soap, Hair and body shampoo in the room. All rooms have a nice view, and staff is quite kind, and smiling 💐

Stay away from it. The only nice thing is the staff and location. The rooms, toilets and breakfast are bad. Anything over 20 euros a night for a stay here is a robbery of biblical proportions.

I loved it here! The staff were really friendly and helpful. They let us leave our bags in as we had arrived early. Its just around the corner from the bus stop that takes you to and from the airport. We were on the top floor and the view was spectacular. The Aparthotel is above the hotel meaning there is no other option except an elevator, this may be an issue for anyone claustrophobic. There was loads of space in the rooms and it was really reasonably priced. I would recommend it to everyone. Its fantastic

It was a great stay. The staff were warm and helpful. Minutes from the train and only about 14-15 mins from the airport and main sites and old town. We had a great room that was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The apartment was felt new, was very well occupied and nicely designed. Absolutely no sounds from other rooms or corridors. 24 hour free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the large lounge.

All the hotel receptionist are kind and very friendly. Especially Lucas was very helpful and understanding with concerns. Needless to say, the room is well equipped for long term stay. With cookers and dishwashers along with plates and wine glasses get your staying more convenient. On top of it, the main train station is 3 mins away on foot. I would love to come to stay longer.

We loved the stay at this apartment hotel! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, we could explore the different cities nearby conveniently. Lifts available so it’s really useful if you have big luggage like us. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was very convenient and well-equipped with even a small dishwasher. The heated towel racks were so nice and made the shower really enjoyable. The 24 hour tea and coffee station near the reception was a big plus! Nice selection of teas and a great coffee machine! Highly recommend it !

We had an extended stay at this hotel (about 4 months) and had a great experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they all speak English which was a plus. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff in all parts of the hotel are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. A special mention to Amazigh who dutifully provides me with breakfast well before opening up the breakfast hall. The location is ideal for anyone both working or just visiting Toulouse. It's located on the Jean Jaures and with the hotel's parking facilities, you can safely store your personal or hire vehicle. Would recommend

The hotel is located perfect walking distance to all main sightseeing locations and loads of good restaurants. The rooms are large and clean, with all you could need. The staff are super friendly and helpful!

I have been staying here for 1 month and you can feel how friendly all the staff are. Free coffee and tea are available in the cafeteria. This place is close to Toulouse Matabiau train station, making it easy to travel to another city.

Extremely friendly staff, great place for a family trip. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is perfect, not too busy, close to grocery shops, restaurants, walking distance to subway and main touristic sites downtown. Family oriented facility and multicultural staff are a big plus.

Nice aparthotel ten minute walking distance to the Capitolium (city center). Rooms are well suited with a small kitchen, more than enough for several days, a living room and a bed room. Toilet separated from shower which is useful for people traveling together that want to share a room. Nice personnel. Breakfast from 0630 till 1000. I would recommend it if the price matches your budget. Washing and drying machine inside the hotel (11.5€ for both things and soap).

Friendly and polite receptionists. My room is clean and warm. The beds are comfortable and clean. Towel change can be done with the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staffs. Train station is nearby but railway staffs always on strike. Coffee is free. Supermarkets are nearby and Victor Hugo market is a short walk away. Bought many fresh produces and meat to cook in the room. This is my best stay in France. Stayed here with my wife and 3yo daughter from 2nd November to 21st December 2022. Thank you all for making this a memorable stay for us! Merry Christmas!

Really great aparthotel. Had Aircon, balcony and great views. Staff friendly and efficient. Great little kitchenette and good shoer room. Bed a bit basic. Very good value. Solid recommend

Got upgraded to a bigger room that is just beside the reception desk. Room is very spacious and clean. The dinning area has free flow of coffee and tea which is useful when you need sometime to drink. The staff is very helpful in heloing us to resolve our PCR test result error till the date we left. Definitely worth a stay if you are here in Toulouse!

The hotel has a great location, nice views, and the apartment kitchens are quite well equipped. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. However, the internet is unstable, unreliable, unsecured, and mostly unusable. Speeds down/up were at most 4Mbps/0.5Mbps when there was a connection at all. Even on a Sunday afternoon, it was not sufficient for even a *voice* Skype call because every few sentences were cut out. I mentioned it to several staff people during our stay, and their response was, well, let me check with my colleagues, but I don't think there is anything we can do and, "Oh, yes, people watch a lot of Netflix". My recommendation to management would be to 1) either don't advertise "high speed internet" at all or 2) make the network password-protected and improve the network.

Very spacious rooms, decent pricing, extremely friendly staff at the reception and dining. They are very welcoming, warm, and always ready to attend to you. The balcony rooms have a good view. The kitchen is well stocked.

I would live staying this place because hospitality of this hotel is more than 5 star. They have taken really good care of us. They keep arranging events to keep guests engaged. Breakfast is really good. But eveyday same food makes it monotonous. The reception wish with beautiful smile everytime and genuinely nice people. Coffee/tea available 24/7. Gymn access. We met the manager n staff during one of the event they kept for food tasting how thoughtful of them to keep the food even if the guests may not participate. The rooms has one of best views of toulouse sunset is worth watching. Very close to city centre, railway station, Canal du mudi for running or walk. Room service eveyday, good to see your bed made when you come back from office. They even allowed to checkout little late without any charges. My favorite place to stay in toulouse. We realized the importance of this hotel when we have to shift another one as they were booked. We literally missed adagio staff. Keep it up guys.

For a business week in Toulouse, I had initially reserved in a different location - which proved unacceptable. Now I enjoy my stay in the extremely comfortable and spacey flat of the Adagio for an almost incredibly low price, sipping a delicious (free) coffee from the business lounge.

The hotel was amazing with a perfect location and their staff. At the reception Grégory and Lucas is brand ambassador of their hotel. We will be choosing again for our future stays absolutely.
