big rooms with a functional kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove top and fridge. we had a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Air-conditioning worked great. Room smelt of smoke a little bit but with a window open it seemed to air it out. a good place to stop off en route to your destination. a supermarket was close by, about 5 mins by car. ample car spaces, they close the gates at night so car is safe. in an area surrounded by a mixture of housing and industrial so not close to town.

The hotel was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay, with basic self-catering facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. Luckily, the public transport system is very good in the area, but I think it would have been more convenient to stay closer to the centre of Toulouse, as that would have made it much easier to go out in the evening (although that would probably have been more expensive, so it's a question of balancing it out). Also, I had thought that being nearer to the airport would make it easier to catch our very early return flight, and only later discovered that there is a direct shuttle from the centre of the city, whereas we had to get a taxi. Overall, it corresponded very well to our expectations and my only caveat would be with reference to the location. We didn't have an opportunity to try out the spa facilities, so I have no opinion about them.

Really good budget apartment, ideal for a city break to Toulouse. It's virtually in the airport so not necessarily a pretty setting but its very handy. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped although a little Spartan. However the kitchenette has everything you need for self catering. Free underground, covered or open parking is included. Added bonus, the hotel has a small gym and spa which is free to residents and you can pay for additional services such as massage, facial etc. Staff were extremely helpful, even printing out a document I needed for some work I had to do.

Been here twice. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Microwave, fridge and cooking plate are available. For me the best is the spa area, especially the Jazucci. The fitness room could be better equipped (free weights). Close to Airbus, a bit far from the city centre. I will go here again.

Pros : 1. Very close to the highway and to some Airbus offices. 2. Rooms are clean and spacious Cons: 1. Not much happening around the hotel, no groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. 2. The gym is cramped and in the same area as the sauna, making it humid and stuffy, and unusable

Rooms are ok. Not the newest cleanest, but still ok. It's quite far away from the center. Public's are there. They have a Sauna.TV is only in French and Italy at my room. You have a kind of kitchen and a fridge at your room.

It's ok. Simple, clean and functional. Although bed was very comfy. Reception is not open late though. So had to call to get into building and get key.

A comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was just enough.
