Price is quite costly...company paid so not sure studio room and service food and laundary you have to pay separately ...necessary cooking items, refrigerator,TV, heater, iron box etc included in booking.

Best experience, lovely staffs. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi was excellent. Air conditioning was good 24 hrs. My kid enjoyed swimming pool. Highly recommended

We had a great experience with this hotel. Clean comfortable beds at an affordable price, pool for everyone to use. We had to switch rooms as one room did not have air conditioning, the front desk clerk was very helpful as it was late at night when we arrived. Free sparkling water / normal water at front desk as well. I would return 100% again! Thank you! 😁

Great location and enough parking. Service was very good and they had a small boutique for buying some food and drinks. There was a bar and breakfast place. The hotel looked very clean and functional. Rooms were not so big but very complete with kitchen facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much

Literally the worst experience ever imaginable- extremely smelly rooms, bad wifi, literally the bedsheets werent change between the last person that was here and my sitting, the airconditioning- barely working and even more smell coming from it

The room cleaning ok but the air inside room disaster. Smell like in old toilet. After invastigation this is from ventilation. Not recomanded.

The chef decides to close the kitchen whenever he wants to. Since you are in the middle of nowhere you cant have dinner. Nice!

Nice hotel. It's an apartment style hotel which can be a bit odd especially if the weather is bad and your located in a remote building. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was typical of continental hotel. The hotel is remote from the city.

Overall it's ok. But the costumer service at the reception desk is very bad. They are not able to provide a proper bill as you need. I had never seen this terrible service and attention to the costumer in a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing.

Located near Airbus St. Martin complex, this apart hotel provided comfortable rooms, they include a fridge, sink and two stoves. Living room with flat screen and international channels. Main room has a 2 drawer open closet the bed and a place to unpack the bags. Bathrooms are clean, though the wc is in a different room than the sink and shower. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good in quality though variety is limited compared to others in the area. They have swimming pool, golf course, and a gym. Relaxing given that the main building is away from the street.

No shuttle from the airport. Room had no useable wardrobe. It was noisy in the evening and morning including a beeping alarm from the electrical system. Breakfast was decent. Room was satisfactory overall. Okay if you have a car and want a slightly more upmarket motel.

A very practical room. A bit far from downtown Toulouse but with a car, that’s no issue. The hotel has a lot of accommodations for you (kitchen with plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment provided). The breakfast costs 11€ pp. The beds were a bit hard for the back, especially the one in the living room. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Good hotel. Large and clean rooms, good and friendly service. WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel. The restaurant is excellent, too, which is a real bonus given that there were no restaurants in walking distance. Check the opening hours in advance, though, the restaurant is not open all week.

A nice hotel / residence. Staff very polite and friendly, especially Mrs Sanela, Mr Malik and the cleaning ladies. The rooms are tidy and well equipped, the breakfast is not too various but that's because of the reduced service during covid time. I staid there 14 times and I will return.

From reading about Zenitude Toulouse Métropole Apartment Hotel, I have noticed that the hotel service has received many negative reviews from customers. I'm not sure if spending time in the hotel in the past was enough positive, but for now everything is working absolutely great for me. The grocery stores ALDI and LIDL are both nearby and located around the corner if you need to do some shopping. Walking to the Toulouse city centre is effortless and it's just 15 minutes away from the hotel. In case the temperature outside is too hot for you, you can have a swimming pool. For myself, I acknowledge that the price and location were more than just good. I am looking forward to seeing you again in the future Kind regards,
