i was been there at 2016, rooms was good, a little noisy and i remember the smells of other rooms meals always coming to my room!

Staff were friendly and helpful and on reception spoke good English. Apartment we stayed in felt dated. The pillows were thin and the second bed (a camp bed) had a broken leg. The bath looked very old and the shower lacked power and had a leak. Breakfast was basic and on the second day there was no coffee. Sadly no one available to ask for a replacement. I've travelled extensively across Europe in the last three weeks and this was the lowest ranked hotel I've stopped in.

Rooms compacted but clean. Corridors very dark. Hotel need interior refurbishment. Very well situated and with parking

Dirty, outdated furniture, no 24 hour desk, you have to clean a room before check out, poor breakfast. Friendly staff, good location.

Centre of town. Worth it for the parking place. Rooms are ok but very compact.

Nice apart hotel with very nice and kind reception staff. The management team is also very attentive to customers needs and complaints. The location is fantastic and it has a private underground parking which is essential if you're thinking of having a car in Toulouse.

Ok location on the canal side within 5 min walking distance from Jean Jaures (city center). The rooms are big and clean. The kitchen tools are a bit old though. There is no daily cleaning service so if your garbage can is full you need to take it out yourself (among other things). Breakfast is good (only continental).

Nice cozy rooms, excellent location Wi-Fi signals need to be boosted so that every room gets signal. Reception guys need to pull up their shocks. They are bit slow in giving solutions or response

Very smart studio solution, the sofa becomes easly an excellent bed. A small balcony is there. Laundry service and garage at ground floor.

Great place to lodge, especially for long stay...

Had a good time here. Receptionists are friendly, rooms are clean, WiFi is reasonably speedy. I didn't go for the breakfast so I can't comment on that
