Do yourself a favour and go next door to Mama Shelter. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, not even a 3 star. Noisy, nowhere to hang the towel apart from one small hook, breakfast without any bread (toast is NOT bread), world's slowest kettle. Staff were helpful though.

Great Service at the reception. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet and with great view. The Breakfast was only a bit expensive at 18€ and not a lot of selection.

Lovely staff and service. The breakfast is a bit too expensive though. 18 euros for just small and not so fresh pastry. I would recommend going to a local bakery that serves freshly made pastry instead.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived the same evening as the protest and riots. Hotel staff made us feel very safe. Hotel was nice, rooms are a bit small but okay for one night stay. Breakfast too expensive. Overall good experience. Great location.

Nice location, staff are better friendly

I had booked the hotel for 10 days with a superior double room and staying at Room No 601, The first 3 days room service was very good then slowly degraded very badly even they replaced the single mattress of king size bed with two single mattresses without any intimation which I got Severe Back pain.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, located inside the downtown . Many restaurants and other shops are very close to this restaurant. Staffs are cooperative

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. Very central within walking distance from major city attractions. Staff is also quite friendly.

Great location, friendly service, clean rooms. A big minus is overflowing shower, no place to put your shampoo/gel in the shower except on the floor, and not always enough towels provided.

great location for my conference and visiting the old town. Room was a better size than expected but the bathroom was way too tight. and the noise on the street can get annoyingly loud at night. better sound proofing or a higher floor might have helped.

One of the best hotel in Toulouse, the rooms are clean & modern compare to some other hotels in town. You'll have a variety of food for breakfast. The staff are friendly & helpful. While the location is just a step away from downtown with choices of restaurant, stores.

Citiz Hotel is in the centre of Toulouse city. A nest, clean and a good hotel. It's Dinning room provides a beautiful city view, provides free internet facility as well. It's a contemporary hotel in s neoclassical building. Has good facility to book car hire, tourist car, flight booking. Overall very good hotel for tourists visiting Toulouse.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staffs are lovely except one receptionist told me to bring couple of dirty plates down to the reception instead of leaving in the room for house keepers....? The room layout is soooo weird!! If you are not a couple, do not recommend this place. You can watch your friend having a shower. You can hear your friend using toilet!! I give two stars coz the location & staffs are good but the price and the room - you could find a better place.

Lovely hotel, excellent location in the city. Great transport links, bike/velo hire just outside. The staff were really kind and helpful. One helped chase my friends bag talking to the airport, that was lost on the flight over and it arrived the next day. I'll be honest the club's are near bye so when the revelers leave it can some noise through the double glazing. So take some earplugs and you won't regret staying there at all. It's location is excellent.

Best price/quality rate in Toulouse! Very nice staff and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety.

Hotel close to the city center, overall look of the rooms is good, clean. But the lighting in bathroom area could be improved, in the mirror I was not able to see almost anything. I had bit used bed, and the windows were not very well sound isolating the outside tragic and construction. Parking even though mentioned is not in the hotel, but in close underground parking with rate of 22 euro. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

The lady that checkd us in was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and as expected. However upon returning to our room On a Tuesday evening we found out a bar/club was open on the fork road next to us. The noise was so loud in our room. We left it until almost 1am until we went to the desk to find out if there was another room. The member of staff was not shocked that we were unhappy about how loud it was, apologies they could not move us and offered us some cotton as early plugs to help us sleep. They did however advise us the bar was open until 4am. So do not stay on the left had side of the hotel. We have now paid 140 euros to not sleep. Its disgusting to rent a room for such a price knowing this is going to happen.
