It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Appart Hotel Clement Adler. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a wonderful staff, which was exactly what we needed after a long drive from Barcelona! The hotel near the train station was easy to find, and there were plenty of space for parking. The interior of the hotel and the room were tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and as requested, we were given a room on a higher floor with a beautiful view. The room also had a lovely balcony where we were able to have breakfast in the morning. Without a doubt, the most notable part of our stay was the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely stay at Clement Ader again when we return to Toulouse.

This hotel offers it all! Excellent location, efficient and helpful service, well-equipped facilities, cleanliness, hospitality and charm. Located in central Toulouse, with easy access to the main areas of the city, the hotel offers a surprisingly quiet and intimate sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and attentive, ready to do all they can to make your stay special. This was a return visit for us and we hope to return.

The hotel is very centric close to many places where you can have breakfast or dinner and it is perfect to walk to all the important places to see in the city. The garage is also quite good if you need parking. Room size is adequate and everything is clean and comfortable.

40 min to check in when I was the only one. Some stuff disappeared from my room as a technical tshirt, a jar with proteins, a glass jar with oregano. I asked for an official claim form and they did not have. In the reception they even did not apologize but only told me to write to the manager when I left. Very unpolite staff. They ‘clean’ your stuff but not the rooms that was with of dust and stains

Just finished my stay in Clement Ader. I visited many different hotels, but I find this as one of the best I’v ever been in. Can not find any negative word about it. Next time I go to Tolouse I will not search for different hotel.

Central location. Clean and modern. Great breakfasts and a pool. The apartment was perfect and very well equipped too. Now.... Mathieu who manages this hotel kindly helped me in an emergency (family issue meant I had to come home sooner) to move my one night stay a day forward with no penalty, which he absolutely didn't have to do as it was all super last minute and outside of booking rules .This is 100% going above and beyond. I am so grateful. When in Toulouse, you should stay here.

A great place to stay and explore Toulouse. Very close to the city centre which is ideal. The pool is very clean and fantastic. Have stayed 3 times and it's great.

Apartment was well presented and comfortable. Some issues with lights flickering and doors unable to close but overall excellent experience. Would happily stay again.

This hotel used to be our first choice. My company employees just booked it without giving it a second thought. But my team's visit in the last week of November was not great at all. I have to bang the doors of my friend's room in the hotel to allow me to provide some sleeping space. I came around 11 pm in the night after dinner with my friends, and my access card was not working. As there was no one in the hotel after 10 pm or so, I had to call the emergency number, and no one responded to my 50 + calls. When I checked in the morning why no one picked up my call, they said network issue in their hotel :). They are highly careless people. Luckily I had colleagues in other rooms but think about any family with little kids, where they would go at night with temperatures around 0 degrees. on top of that, they did not refund us for the day. We decided within the company not to go to this hotel again. Avoid it if you can; it's not cheap as well.

Everything was great about our stay, with one exception. The hotel had advertised air conditioning, and when we entered the room, it was quite warm (I'm guessing about 23C). We turned on the air conditioner which had a lower limit of 19C, and expected the temperature to drop. After a while we realized the temp was not dropping, so I checked with the front desk. They told me that the air conditioning system had been shut down for the year (our visit was in early October), and there were in-floor heaters which were keeping the hotel warm. We needed to leave our patio door open all night for the room to be cool enough to sleep. Fortunately, our room faced the back and it was relatively quiet there.

The hotel is located very near to the city centre: you can move without the need for any public transport. The staff is welcoming but the cleanness should definitely be improved, both for public spaces and the apartment.

Horrible experience with room flooding due to blocked drains in the shower (1st day of stay). Instead of helping, the hotel was implying it was somehow my fault. The issue repeated on my 4th day of stay. Never were they willing to provide an alternate room.

After we checked in we were goiven a duplex room right next to the elevator. After we comlained about the annoying noise of the elevator we got duplex room 406 which was more spacious and felt more luxurious then 405. We enjoyed our stay, loved the room, kitchen and the bog balcony. Breakfast is ok, maybe a bit overpriced? There was only one person operating it and that is perhaps a couple of hands too short? Qualtity of the food is good. Staff was very friendly. We would come back here if we visit Toulouse again.

Awful customer service. My flight was cancelled due to strikes and the manager told me simply “not her problem” and took my money. Disgraceful

15mns walking distance to the Capitole, quiet hotel. Bakery and restaurants walking distance. Good value for money.

We had a great say it was close to the small center but away from the middle of Avignon the hotel was lovely and exactly what we needed and wanted. There are beautiful gardens and to sit and relax and getting around was easy. Parking was easy and either in the hotel carpark or literally just outside so very convenient. We had out own private balcony and it was just a peaceful hotel with a very French relaxed feel.

I was there for 18days and the Good point is that they change 1 or 2 items in their breakfast during weekdays keeping rest the same. Ethan at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He attended us well, suggested good local places and specialties of Toulouse, good places to shop, etc. The hotel and amenities are good and also the location. Peaceful place and cozy rooms which help you relax after work. The WIFI is very good and stable. Will recommend others and go there in future as need arises. Regards, Abhilash Kshtriya

I unfortunately caught covid and couldn't stay here. But, after sending proof of a positive covid test at the last minute, all of the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me with getting my refund from the booking agent. I recommend booking direct so you wouldn't have to go through what I did. But the lovely staff did more than what they needed to help me with getting my money back. Thank you all at Appart-Hotel.

What’s not to like. We had a stop off in Toulouse and had a 1 bed apartment room. Hotel was immaculately clean, nice staff, great location and good price. Only negative was that someone had definitely been smoking in our non-smoking room.

The hotel is fine but the laundry service is a complete ripoff: We paid €170 for one bag of laundry. Also: The bed and shower are for small people, not recommend if you’re taller than 180cm.

A good hotel in the center of the city. great staf and polite too. The parking garage is small and there are only few parking lots for the hotel guests. Two of them was filled with furniture and linned. The shower was in the bathtub, and if hanging on the wall it could only be used by people under 150 cm. The bed was 3/4 bed, small, and the springers were "tired", so we rolled to the mittle of the bed, hard to sleep under these conditions.

Great hotel not far from the centre of Toulouse. We stayed in an apartment room, with a lounge area, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom at a reasonable price. Hotel has a small pool, gym and lounge area, which are nice to have in addition to your room. Highly recommend staying here.

It’s a wonderful place to stay and well priced too. The apartments are nicely located within easy walking distance of the key things in the city. The apartment is an excellent size with a good sized bedroom and kitchen and it also has a large living area with a small balcony. The bed was great and the pillows were good. The bathroom is good too if a little dated. There is also ample storage space in the apartment. There’s a very good supermarket 2 minutes away across the road. The pool is great and has good depth at one end. The young women at reception here were fantastic. Calm, friendly, polite, helpful and very efficient. They helped make our stay a great one. Toulouse is a wonderful city with so much to see and do. These apartments are a great place to use as your base to explore, live and rest.

I booked 4 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9 years old). The room was great, with plenty of space for all and kitchen facilities. The location is perfect for taking public transportation and walking distance from City Center. We will be back at this hotel!!

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
