We really enjoyed our stay here, with my wife and little baby daughter. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Friendly, professional staff. Critically the air conditioning worked well during the crazy August heatwave which reached 40oC. You can access unlimited free tea and coffee. Nice little garden to drink your coffee in.

It is located in the city center. We stayed 3 days, nobody cleaned the roo or change the towels. The breakfast is fair. Coffee and other machine drinks are offered 24/7 for free. The kitchen is well equipped (oven is missing, only micro) to make our own meal. Super market is located near by.

Not for seniors. For one wing of the hotel, you must go up and down many stairs while carrying your luggage. There are no shower stalls, only very high bathtubs, which are also slippery, and no safety grab bars.

Great location n Hotel. Near to bus, train, next to supermarkets, and main town area. Room is huge with kitchen... Also a wash machine at basement.

Great location. Clean, nice sized room with the basic amenities. The twin beds are very narrow and the shower was not great. The front desk staff is nice and the the all day coffee is a nice touch.

Very poor air conditioning with only binary options hot or cold. Also basic same breakfast without any options. No lockers in the room. 1 bed room apartment with bedroom extremely small and only single bed options...

Nice and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious, clean and the kitchen had been very useful. The hotel is located in the center and 5min from Capitole square. Breakfast is pretty small but it’s good.

I stayed here for 40 nights. You cannot get better than this hotel in downtown which is close to capitole, metro, shopping centres, restaurants and happening spots. It’s an apart hotel and they have small kitchen with useful utensils.

I stayed for 5 nights, and it was a huge disappointment. Citadine is part of Ascott hotels, and due to the pandemic there were many notes hanging all over the hotels about how to stay safe saying "Ascott cares", but let's face it, they do not! This hotel building is very old, and it needs a big makeover. It was both dirty and needed modernization. The view from my window was on three dirty and tired walls, and the window frames were super filthy and all black. Because of this the curtains were very dirty. The wallpaper was not pretty and had an 80s vibe. There was a big crack in my toilet. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and very used, and the shelf by the microwave was sticky and dirty. It was very clear that parts of the apartment aren't cleaned very often, so there was dust on the floor in the closet and on the radiator in the bathroom, and there were spots on the toilet/bathroom walls. I complained about the level of cleanliness in my room. Staff were nice about it and got the room cleaned again the same day. The curtains were cleaned(still wet when I returned..), bathroom walls spots cleaned and one of the kitchen supplies was changed but all in all the room was still not super nice. It needed more than a simple cleaning. The bed was nice and comfortable, and there was a small bathtub in the bathroom, however I don't understand why the toilet and bathroom were split up in each end of the apartment. The toilet room was very small, and you had to walk to the other end of the apartment to wash your hands in the bathroom. Very corona safe indeed, Ascott. The choice of furniture in general apart from the bed seemed super cheap. The area was central but not very nice. Many homeless people right outside the hotel and bad chain restaurants. Close to central station and close to airport shuttle which of course is practical. The hotel offered breakfast as a take away solution because of the pandemic. Staying alone at the hotel this was quite disappointing since I didn't get to see or meet any other people in a restaurant or breakfast area. It seemed like a cheap choice and not a smart one. I have stayed at other hotels in France during the pandemic with fine and safe solutions in their restaurants. Also the breakfast was not very nice. Not one thing was organic, locally produced or somehow exciting. I chose to have great breakfast many other places in the city after the first morning at the hotel. There was a snack and softdrink dispenser, but it was out of order and not fixed. The room was supposed to be quiet, but it was next to the elevator, and I could hear it and feel it whenever the doors closed. I could also easily hear the guys living downstairs and the shoes walking on the floors upstairs. So all in all a centrally placed hotel and a nice bed and ok friendly staff, but it's no way worth the money you pay. You can find better in Toulouse, and personally I will not choose Citadine or Ascott again !

I warmly recommend the location. It is very central with excellent connections to the metro and the airport. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket next door. Free coffee and friendly staff.

The hotel is in city center. Good and polite staff. Breakfast is good and enough for your start of your day. All important locations are nearby. I enjoyed during my official visit during summer. Metro Station is right behind the hotel. I use to enjoy my evening to walk to point Neuf place and sit and be there and relax with rest of the college students who spent summer break and chill. There are many Asian shops behind the hotel for you to buy and prepare your own food. There are two supermarket beside the hotel and you will get all groceries you need. The hotel is right beside the road but it doesnot bother our sleep. We went in the month of July and it was good to see people enjoying there dinner in the evening i the resturants near by. I observed summer temperatures goes 30-34 degrees Celsius, since hotel is air-conditioned you get good sleep in the night. I would recommend this hotel if you are city person, enjoy city life.

Location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great for us. The car park was a little small to enter and exit. Would recommend to you.

The hotel is great for extended stay guests. Studio rooms are comfortable with a modest kitchen and bed area. The public bus line is right outside the front entrance and metro stop is just around the corner. It is located near the capitole building so special events can be quite loud outside, though. They provide a breakfast buffet that can be included on your room rate or be paid 10€ each visit with includes fruit basket, cereal choices, sliced meats, scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, tomatoes and condiments. As well as 24 espresso.

It was a wonderful 2 nites at this hotel. They provided free coffee and even have a laundromat for us to wash our clothes. Location is very suitable

I had very bad experience with the hospitality. First of all i booked room with two people and there was no option available without breakfast. I booked with breakfast and than i got to know that only 1 person breakfast is included in package and i have to pay extra for other. Other thing the timing of breakfast are very early till 10 only. For international tourist you should have little flexibility or must allow to take breakfast in room. This is really bad. Even if you go at 10 and pick up plate they won't allow to have breakfast even when you are paying for it. Worst hospitality. PS - Added one star more as feedback was taken up for consideration.

Its a very good apart hotel for its location & facility. Good breakfast. Service can be improved.

This apart hotel is at prime location, just next to jean-jaures metro station. All the hot spots in the city are at walking distance. Closer to many malls and parks. Garrone river front is also just 10min walk away. 24/7 patio with garden is also a great facility to have. Breakfast is just average, not many options to eat.
