An ok hotel, clearly a bit old but nicely refurbished. Design, use of materials and colours in the rooms makes it feel more upmarket than a 2*. Good size rooms and en-suite, the bed was very comfortable and good water flow and temperature. The free car park is a bonus. However, be aware of the location. The 3miles to city centre can leisurely be done in an hour. Otherwise, there is a bus stop just a few minutes from the hotel or a metro station 20 mins walk away and takes 7 mins to city centre.
