The
worst.
At
pretty
much
every
point
during
our
stay,
this
hotel
failed
us.
We
booked
online,
and
arrived
late
at
night.
There
was
a
bit
of
a
language
barrier,
but
after
some
time
they
see
us
to
our
room,
except
it's
one
double
instead
of
two
singles
as
reserved.
They
correct
the
mistake
and
we
go
to
bed,
only
to
be
woken
up
at
a
different
front
desk
person
at
9am,
literally
yelling
at
us
to
get
out
because
we
are
in
the
wrong
room.
After
leaving
the
room
and
going
to
the
lobby
again,
they
said
they
lost
our
reservation
and
we
had
to
book
a
new
one
that
isn't
at
the
same
rate
and
doesn't
cover
our
time
here.
Eager
to
see
Toulouse,
we
have
the
angry
front
desk
gentleman
(who
is
literally
swearing
in
French
under
his
breathe
in
our
entire
interaction),
book
our
new
room
for
2
days
instead
of
3.
This
new
room
stinks,
literally.
It
smells
like
someone
chain
smoked
cigarettes
for
years
in
there.
Also
the
A/C
was
broken
in
the
room.
I
would
seriously
consider
sleeping
outside
before
paying
any
amount
of
money
to
sleep
here
again
