We had a very nice one day stay. The people at the reception were extremely nice. We put our luggage before the check in and they were very accommodating. The room was very nice and the toilet was very comfortable and new. The bed mattress was very comfortable. The only small issue was that the floor makes a funny sound because it's an old building. We did not take breakfast since it was expensive and did not have good reviews. As a summary, I would definitely recommend it !!

I checked in some minutes before midnight, to stay for one night. I'm happy that I could leave the next morning because my experience was bad. The room I got was very small, but that wasn't the problem. The room was smelly and I could not open the window. In my fresh bedsheets (I suppose they were fresh) were two different hairs and in the bathroom it was obvious that the person before me shaved his beard. Another negative point was that I heard someone knocking at my door around 3/4 am. I did not go and see because 1) I was scared and 2) badly wanted to sleep. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, however our room seemed to be a smokers' room in its previous life. Not a pleasant fragrance.

No hot water for shower. Unbelievable for a hotel not to be equipped to provide hot water for 5 people in the morning. Uncomfortable bed with pillows that seemed to be made of stone. When I asked for an extra pillow at reception I was told there were no spares! View of a brick wall! FreezIng bathroom with antiquated heater that turned itself off - this was in March. Kettle and instant coffee facilities but no milk, I had to buy my own and keep it in the freezing bathroom. Good variety of breakfast available although no milk for cereals. Had to find a member of staff to get it for me each morning. Not ideal when they're busy with the front desk or in the kitchen preparing items for breakfast. Great location but so is the Ibis 100m away. Won't be returning.

Hotel location is excellent and close to public transport and train station. We had no trouble getting to and from the popular tourist attractions. Public transport is very reliable. Disappointed with the room. We were give no towels and had to ask at reception for them. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. Found shards of broken glass in the bathroom behind the toilet brush and toilet is mot cleaned well. They ask you if you want your room to be cleaned, which seemed very odd to me. The wardrobe must have lost it's doors as there was the wardrobe frame but it was pretty obvious that there was supposed to be doors attached, but weren't. Only one electricity socket and not close to the bed. There was a wire extention with a multiplug to be used for the tv, kettle and mobile phone charger. It is an old building and it desperately needs some renovations. At least the receptionists spoke english as well and were helpful.

Perfect location for visiting the city center, right next to a metro stop. Staff was extremely helpful. The room was large, well cleaned, with a nice private bathroom and air conditioning. In the room there was also a kettle, that allowed you to have tea or instant coffee. Highly recommended!

Welcoming, helpful and cheerful staff ! Classic, slightly old fashioned hotel of character. Clean comfortable room. We slept so well. Lovely breakfast team, great breakfast and service. We’ll be back !! Great location for shops, The Melting Pot pub(serving great pints -happy hour 6.30 til 8) and Meat a Meat restaurant just around the corner.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guest and the attitude at the reception was unacceptable. When we enter the room we found rubbish and hair in the trash, same hair spread on the bathroom's floor and walls, there was just one towel for two guests and the bed was disgusting. It was all made but when I pull the blanket there were two long black hair on the sheets, an assortment of body hairs and two large yellow stain that looked like pee. I showed it to the receptionist and she said they woud change it when we would go out. So when we came back in the evening we found the towel, but the bed had not been changed. Just the sheet on the mattress was clean, the one on the blanket was still stained with pee. With frustration we came back to the reception were other people were in line. There was another receptionist who claimed she changed the sheet we wanted. We took the blanket to show her it was still dirty from previous guest. She said it was not her fault and she was not the one to complain to. She didn't apologize, she didn't offer to change the room. We had to insist to get another sheet and she treated us like she was doing a great favour. About the people in line: a man asked if they changed his room, a family asked for towels and a woman complained about the wi-fi signal.

I have stayed here more than ten times, but never thought to review it. The location is great, the staff are friendly and I've always been comfortable here. I can see that the rooms have been renovated recently... A good budget hotel for your base to explore Toulouse.

The room for the price is quite okay. Bed was comfortable. They have water, coffee and tea in the room. Bathroom was weird. The older style sink can be seen from the photos. It's very old and clunky. Very hard to close and open. It is close to train station so it was convenient for us. The breakfast is for 10 euros.

Nice hotel close to downtown. A little bit old but well kept. The room is comfortable and clean with a private bathroom (with a shower). Personally I don't like the carpet on the floor but it has a good price for a good quality.

Nice! There's a bus right nearby, and it's close to the city and local stores. The staff were sometimes absent but they were friendly. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable at most. The only thing is I wasn't able to connect my Nest Mini to work with the hotel WiFi.

Didn't stay here but they let you store your luggage if you are in Toulouse and don't want to drag it around. You need to book online through Nannybags and it costs 6 euros. The staff were very helpful and if you're lucky you may even get offered a croissant. It's on the Place Jeanne dear Arc so it's handy for central Toulouse and there's a Metro and bus station, so good for transport links to the airport and elsewhere.

Great hotel for the price. Room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Great central location. Definitely one of the best sub £60 a night hotel I've stayed in.

Downtown, one step from everything! Next to food market, cloth market, central bars and restaurants to the renovated city centre!!Big rooms, comfortable bed, relaxing bath and excellent breakfast with too many choices!! The people working there are very friendly, smiley and helpful to any emergency, question or need!! Love them! For sure we will visit soon!! Plus they have a 24hour bar/brasserie/restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The manager, Sofia, was incredibly kind and made a great impression. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
