The rooms are old and worn down, tiny but clean. Beds are comfortable, bathroom run down, toilet lid broken. Polite and efficient reception. Location good. We could have chosen to stay a bit longer than a few days but the price went up so we went somewhere else instead. The price-quality is only worth it if it's cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Otherwise I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

I arrived there around 11am and was told to come back later because the check in was at 2pm. I got back around 1:45pm and still couldn't check in and had to wait 15 more min at the lobby. All rooms were ready for the check in that day. There was no reason for that, except their inflexibility. Besides, the room was extremely small, and the bathroom didn't even have a door. There was a curtain instead.

So not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but very cheap. Excellent location for central Toulouse. The foyer is deceptively spacious and new. The room we were in was very tired. Tiny room. Insignificant pillow. Had to ask for towels. No shampoo. No room safe. Internal room overlooking a courtyard. No door for the toilet. And the modesty curtain was very thin. It was fine as we were out a lot but it was so shabby I wouldn't use again. Staff were lovely on the reception desk but the lady wouldn't take 'no' for an answer when servicing the room. I had to open the door while naked to try and get her to stop knocking on the door. Even my broken "30 minutes, please" in French wasn't enough to stop her.

Does the job. Room very tiny and don't offer much privacy when it comes to lack of acoustic insulation. It is very clean and service is good. Perfect for one night in the heart of Toulouse.

Nice unassuming two star hotel which is close to the local restaurants in place de Capitole and within easy reach of the main tourist sights. A perfect hotel for a long weekend of sightseeing in Toulouse. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room and all the hotel was well presented. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel for a short trip to Toulouse.

I booked a superior double room and got a very small one with full bed. Carpet is dated, bathroom very small and not nice. A/C Was not working and staff had only apologies. Do not stay here. Pay a little bit more and go to a 3 star hotel. There is one just next door

Wonderful in a word! Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They offered assistance at every opportunity. Nice clean light room. Nice bright decor and very central to everything in toulouse. Breakfast was good value. Breakfast area felt like something from doctor who in design, which is good lol

Good place to stay, close to all amenities, city center. Having breakfast here is highly recommended. Rooms are small but convenient. Isolation can be improved.

Just finished my stay in hotel Le Capitole in lovely city of Toulouse. Hotel is pretty nice, very kind receptionists, good breakfast and of course hotel rooms. I can only recomend!

If you're going the economy route, this place is for you. Dated and a bit run-down, the rooms are nonetheless clean. The highpoints are that the service is friendly and prompt and the continental breakfast was worth the price.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
