I would have preferred a minim contact . However they locked me into a maximum one . Good hotels have no issue with flexibility and customer service . However good hotels employ good cleaners and well maintained rooms . They use modern card keys not prison keys for guests. The old key system is bad for hygiene too. Seems the hotel cares more about entrapping new clients and giving a artificial impression about the place .

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Toulouse for the first time. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go and so close to the train station. It is basic but all we needed. We will stay here again when we next visit the city. Nice and quiet with good sound proofing on the windows.

The woman at the front desk was really nice, she even helped me practice counting in French :) The rooms were one of the biggest I've stayed in in France. The building was secure as you had to be let in by front staff late at night.. A close walk to all shops, restaurants and transit. I also love how eco-friendly they are! The room did have a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the toilet finally broke in the middle of the night, leaking water that I stepped on. The building is old though and we probably should have said something from the beginning. Besides that, really comfy rooms.

Hotel was clean and provided a hot shower!! All staff members were helpful and provided entertainment suggestions. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was hot! An enjoyable stay all around!!

We stayed in the 3 person room, just one floor up on the road side. The room was nicely spacious even for three persons, had a bathtub, perfectly sound proof (no noice from the traffic) and the bed mattress was great to sleep. Location four minutes by walk from the main train station.
