Best ice cream experience that we had so far in France. We are definitely coming back for more. I love the idea of flower-like cones!

The lady that works there has been rude to me on not just one but two occasions. Italian ice-cream served with a very French attitude. Ruins your experience. Does it hurt to be more polite and make the experience a little more pleasant.

Very good ice cream as always and this one has a relaxing sitting area outside :) oh, it is usually busy so expect a few minutes in line.

Judging by other comments, we might have been fortunate because we were the first in line (though I must say the queue quickly grew behind us). With an array of delicious flavors to choose from and combine, you simply shouldn't decline the creme de Chantilly and the macaron on top – they're an absolute must. The umbrellas provide shade without obstructing the fantastic view of the beautiful Capitole. The location alone sets this place apart from other nearby ice cream spots. However, I must echo what others have mentioned: it would be great if someone could take care of cleaning the tables in-between customers. Don't forget to ask for wet napkins!

Really decent but a bit overrated in my honest opinion. I’m also starting to think that the long queues are because the place is understaffed and not necessarily for how good it is (we waited for quite some time and there was only 1 person working).

Loved the passion fruit and coconut flavoured ice cream. There will be a que but it will ne worth it. We were not impressed with the citrus milkshake.

Ice cream was good but the lady at the counter was very rude. There were many people talking pictures and videos but she told me, just me to not take any pictures. I was taking the pictures of the ice creams not her. Such a racist behaviour. If it's not allowed to take pictures you mention it outside or elsewhere. And in Instagram I see many tags from people who came there. If they can take pics then why not me? Is it because I am brown? Such a pity that these kind of people are ruining such a beautiful shop. Never coming there again because of her. Edit: Most of the negative reviews talks about this particular lady's attitude. Why do you still keep her?

Unfortunately The cafe door closed by the staff at 10 pm. ( the suppose to close at 10:30 ). And they refused to accept any order with very rude attitude.

Ice cream of very good quality. The place is crowded and people stand in queue the get this tasty ice cream. There is a variety of flavours. I tried myself yoghurt, citron, pistache, hazelnut, and all were great. I definitely recommend yoghurt for anyone who never tried it before. There is also other options like gaupher or crepe with ice cream but I did not try it yet . I definitely recommend to pass by an d give it a try 🍨👌

yummy , aesthetic and elegant. Amorino is an ice cream parlor that sells excellent ice cream flavors! The only thing is that sometimes you will find big queues, just because everyone wants that ice cream in the shape of a rose 🌹. But the thing I didn't like is the seating: I understand that all the waiters are busy with ice creams and ordering, but to keep your reviews high, please hire someone to clean the tables, as I had to clean them in the end.

Great historical building Very crowdy. Icecream is having small portions and is oke. But not special

A place where you can get some ice creams, hot choclate, located conveniently in the capitol square. Has places to sit outside and eat. You have to order at the counter though and often there is a queue which is fast moving so you don't have to worry. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.

Perfect gelateria. Excellent ice cream with a plenty of flavors. Highly recommend! I will visit it again surely. Amarena is the best taste among the others and afterwards maybe the pistachio. It is always crowded. The problem is that the staff doesn't care to handle the crowd faster. That is the only grey point.

Overrated place overall. I usually go easy with trainees, but one of the important experiences you wait for in such place is the presentation, the employee who served me was a very new joiner (Trainee) which resulted in a very ugly cone! Ice cream taste is good, but not the best. Ive had a lot of good ice cream in france, and this is not one of them..

Service was so bad literally ruined my day Hi dear all I updated my experience: His service was so bad. I’m sure I said I want a large macaroon at first so when he gave me the small one I was confused. I would like to pay the rest for a big one but when i told him and his very mean face I decided I don’t wanna purchase anything at this shop! He did the side eye! What???? And this staff held a very bad and negative attitude all the time. He was so grumpy! This is not the right attitude to work in hospitality area. I threw the gelato straight away! Disgusting service make the food taste disgusting!
