Bad service. In the beginning it was excellent now very bad. Still we pay the same price or the price is increasing but the quality of the service is decreasing. Milk quality is not very good. No brown sugar, sanitary equipment and management is very very low. Thank you for attention

Well we all know what to expect from Starbuck.. points you make we ask for milk on the side and they charged us 3euros on the good side the waiter was nice and spoke three languages including english and Spanish

Tomato&mozzarella sandwich, a disgrace. Too hot inside, upstairs is like a sauna.

They didn't know what a flat white was, a young team that is nice though, but a bit hopeless tbh. No butter for the banana bread (which was served little warm). Coffee was good to be fair, spacious places, but not the best run Starbucks I've ever been in, that's for sure

For a chain/ franchise, I was surprised by the high level of customer service. Very personable, good coffee and pastery.

The place is filthy! Tables are dirty, there are spider webs on the ceiling (Halloween atmosphere in July?), I won't give any details about the toilets... coffee tasted average. The service was okay, but that was the only positive point...

Standard Starbucks with lots of people on laptops. Ambient noise is great if you like that for work and there are plenty of people behind the counter so not a long wait. Mugs for here, paper cups to go. Bathrooms are upstairs.

Don't get me wrong, there are no shortage of streetside cafes available in the area where you can pick up a coffee and a pastry. The problem for a basic American like myself is that I'm addicted to cold/iced coffee drinks, and that is a rarity in these parts. The crew here speaks enough English to work with my poor French (which is true of most places in downtown Toulouse. They also allow me to order my iced, sweet drinks with no judgement, guilt, or dirty looks. Viva la Starbucks!

Starbucks doesn’t disappoint - it’s consistent. In this Starbucks, you’re able to quietly sit in, order something you’ve probably seen before and then charge your phone with a classical outlet or even just by USB port. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time while waiting for our train (since this one in particular is near the station and much bigger than the one within Matabiau!)

Too expensive compared to the Starbucks in America Also, please put a cover OVER your drinks when we ask for "à emporter" (takeout). It makes no sense how you expect us to put it in a cup holder in our cars in the CENTER of the city.

I'm paying for overpriced coffees and cookies but there is no operating toilet! If you come from outside you need to first wash your hand to eat something, or you might need to pee after having a couple of drinks. It's not something to be taken for granted. Fix your toilets!

I am a Starbucks frequent customer and I love the brand however this Starbucks is not up to the usual standards. Since a 2020, this Starbucks decided to remove the area where customers can personalised their drinks. It is impossible to put some chocolate powder on my coffee with milk. I asked many times why and I was provided different excuses: safety reasons with covid, then it was broken, .. On my last visit I was told the chocolate powder will never be available again. They even told me to take the chocolate syrup instead (with a charge). I am disappointed and will be emailing the head office about that.

It's have been only 2 days in a row i go there after my part-time job to work on my online courses and so far i stay there for 2-4 hours and so far i like it there is socket for charging my laptop or any other devices you might have the Wi-Fi is not that good though but i have enough mobile data so i go with hotspot thing it's faster, but the service is nice and the place as you might now in the city center so it's cool but i think if you plan to work in their coffeeshop you better bring a nice headphones that can isolate you from any sounds around and overall help you focus on what you need to accomplish.

Workers are so friendly and the cafe is quite cute with many seats in and out. Ordered pumpkin spiced latte glacé and it is the best.

I went for a coffee as I always do on any Starbucks of the world. I dont live here so I don’t speak French. When I go to the cashier ask I don’t even has the chance to ask for the coffee the girl on the cashier just point out my wallet and said “No No”. I believe that Card Payments weren’t working and I left, but then i come back with cash and I saw that all other clients were paying with card. I felt discrimiated for not speaking french!!!! I dont believe that Starbucks allowa this kind of behavior.

Quick service and the coffee menu is considerably more Americanized than most local cafes. Sorry folks: I need iced coffee or cold brew to start my mornings and Starbucks has it. While I appreciate the more traditional offerings of authentic cafes, I'm just spoiled on this point. Also has very good hours opening at 7am most days. Will certainly make my mornings before going in to work on this trip much better than my previous trip to Toulouse.

I ordered matcha latte less sweet but its like i drink pure water! The color is green but no taste of matcha or even the taste of milk. If you dont know how to make it or find the matcha powder here, pls stop selling this menu. Its unacceptable and disappointed.

Took a salted caramel cream cold brew but just tasted like a regular espresso, couldn’t taste any salt or caramel. While service was pretty decent!

It’s Starbucks as we know it. Good choice for having breakfast. Great orange juice and coffee and a variety of pastries.

Friendly staff even when busy. This is the first Starbucks in the last 50 that I visited who told me that I get a free drink when I buy a mug or cup from the merchandise range... and the YAH mug was one of the cheapest in France so far!!!
