    Lorsqu'un patient vient vous voir c'est pour un besoin "humain". Son cas medicale est familier pour vous, pour lui c'est intime, confidentiel... Hurler et faire savoir tout l'accueil des situation des patients c'est tout à fait contre la confidentialité. Vous fuire c'est la meilleur solution pour garder sa dignité. Le respect se gagne, bonne continuation.

    Worst telephone reception in the world. It's almost random to reach them. It rings, someone picks up and leaves without answering until they hang up. This is totally unacceptable and shameful for a patient care service that aims to be free and accessible to all people. I strongly advise you to review the reception and the organization.

    I had an appointment and they said I will not need to wait. I wasted 45 minutes waiting and had to leave for other obligations.... I specifically asked when making the appointment if I would need to wait longer because I do not have much time. Why lie?

    I don't understand the negative reviews? O.ô Make an appointment quickly over the phone. On the big day I waited like... 20 minutes even though it was the middle of the afternoon. Very welcoming, helpful and professional staff. I got my results a few days later and I got them back super quickly. The place is super beautiful.. What else do you want ? And all that for free. I'm happy that our taxes are allocated to this kind of quality public service!! I'll be back :)

    Unpleasant reception on the phone, the operator who answered seemed exasperated with her work.     1) I N J O I G N A B L E on the phone (unless persistently) 2) in case of emergency, do not count on them (although this is supposed to be one of the main missions of this organization). I was told by telephone that I had to make an appointment for an emergency. Big joke. A doctor had to call me back too...I'm still waiting. A shame ! Et quand on y va en physique, c'est impossible de prendre rdv..😑 Au final, je me suis vacciné tout seul (avec des vaccins prescrit par un generaliste exterieur)..😅 Pour la prep, la procédure est tellement contraignante (bilan sanguin tous les 3 mois et entretiens) que je passe par un généraliste exterieur..😅 Pour le dépistage, c'est compliqué aussi ! Donc je passe par des associations AIDES et Griselys.. Enfin, un personnel d'une sympathie plus que détestable.. La véritable question est : A quoi servent ils encore ?

    Impossible de prendre rdv en ligne, et une fois sur place le délais annoncé pour avoir un rdz-vous est bcp trop long pour un simple dépistage. De plus, personnel peu sympathique.

    J'y étais allée il y a quelques mois et pas de soucis mais dernièrement déjà que les rdvs en ligne ne fonctionnent pas, le standard ne décroche jamais, comment est-on sensé prendre rdv ? Allez chez votre généraliste, faites-vous prescrire ce dont vous avez besoin, ca ira beaucoup beaucoup plus vite je vous assure....
