J'ai été suivi pendant ma grossesse par une super gynécologue, très pro, très avenante. En revanche j'ai été très déçue et traumatisée par mon accouchement. Le terme étant dépassé je suis retournée à l'hôpital toutes les 48h, toujours pas d'avancée, on me parle de déclenchement...mais même à j+7 rien. On me garde, on me laisse attendre pour au final que cela devienne trop dangereux pour le bébé (rythme cardiaque qui ralenti) et là après une longue journée de contractions, d'attente, de fatigue, je m'endors. On m'emmène brutalement en salle d'opération sans rien m'expliquer, je me retrouve entourée de 5 personnes froides, aucunes explications. Ils parlent d'apero, de leur vie privée... on me met un draps pour cacher la césarienne, trop près du visage, obligée de le tenir pour pouvoir respirer. Bref, aucun accompagnement, j'ai très mal vécu cette césarienne. Ma fille est née, on a peine pris le soin de la me poser sur le cou pour un bisou de bienvenu. Un accouchement sans humanité. Puis le séjour à la maternité guère mieux..le personnel pas tout aimable, aucune compassion, on me pose le plateau repas au bout du lit alors que je ne peux pas me lever. Les équipes de ménage qui allument la lumière a n'importe quelle heure... aucun respect. Et puis un allaitement compliqué, on m'attrape le sein pour me montrer..et malgré la douleur que j'exprime la sage femme continue. Je décide d'arrêter le lendemain et je reçois un discours plus que culpabilisant... aucune bienveillance envers des jeunes parents. C'est lamentable, j'en garde un très mauvais souvenir. Comment est ce possible d'avoir aussi peu de considération envers les gens, surtout dans des situations où nous sommes vulnérables. Clinique privée = usine à fric.

Personnels soignants très agréable et sympathique. Par contre je ne peux pas en dire autant du secrétariat. Je cite la secrétaire : « vous venez faire une radio un samedi ? » Et oui il se trouve que quand le médecin écrit la mention « urgent » ce n’est pas pour rien. Thank you to our midwife Natacha who motivated and encouraged me during a fast smooth delivery. I’m an expatriate and only A1 level in french. From doctors to nurses and midwives, they tried and made all their best effort for me to understand french in a very basic way. The midwives and nurses tried their best to translate the communication in english as well. The cleaning and food team were punctual in their timings and made sure hygiene is well maintained all the time. My only comment was the food. Of course, it’s not a restaurant, it’s a hospital food.
