Imagine you buy a 450€ bicycle and a 90€ lock from them and then they refuse to give you a hand just to install a basket on your bicycle cause they don't have the one compatible with your bike and they don't want to help you with installing the one you've bought online! Poor Costumer Service!

Mean staff and disrespectful ! Really deceived after being an old client ! If we’re not satisfied and let it know in a soft way they kick us out of the store ! What a shame…

When you want buy the bike, they can speak English very fluently. When you want to consult something about repairment. They can't understand English at all. When I was talking with them with the phone call, and they laughed very loudly. And then told me, they did not understand. It is very rude and disgusting. I already went to the store and let the staff check my bike for me. And he told me it was oaky. In fact, the wheel was not stable at all. I had appointment before I arrived at the store. But they wanted to refuse it because I need an appointment first. I already went to the store twice for the same thing on the same day. And when I questioned the staff why they could not repair it when I came here at the first time. The staff let me keep quiet otherwise I can leave. Anyway, it is a very uncomfortable experience for after-sales service. The staff who can speak English checked my bike and at the same time he also answered at least 3 phone calls and dealed with other things including helping other customers. I will never forget it and never recommend the store to anyone.

Their delivery driver stole my order and marked it as delivered. The item cost me €670. No signature was required for delivery. Refund request however required a signature from me! Customer service told me the process will take some time. Last purchase I ever make from here

Very nice sport store with a lot of cheap product choices. Even if some sellers are not expert in every sport, most of them are warm and helpful. The team is young, dynamic and very pleasant with people. Self-acting checkout enables to gain a lot of times within bank card payment. The lanes of items are very clear, with a good layout, and even more convenient once you know the shop settings. Defected products are also replaced without any problems (e.g. flashlight for bike). Some events are often organized, especially the weekly running training, each Friday evening at 18:15.

Definitely one of my go to shop when in Toulouse. The ones on the outskirts of the town in Escalquens and Portet sur la Garonne are newer and larger, therefore easier to find things and more choices.

Nice store, not the biggest but nice, helpful employees

I bought an excellent jacket for only 35 euros, I was pleased. This is not the first time I go to this store and I recommend it, special respect to the cashiers who help the disabled!

It has everything you need, but was looking for French rugby tops, given it's the world cup, and despite the web site stating they had plenty of them in stock. Got there 2 hours later and there was none. A bit of a wasted journey.

Decathlon is an establishment for sport good, and in this one people are particularly nice!

I frequent the shop and it's one of the few in town where I get sports and other physical activity materials. It's better I can I say.
