Amazing quality, fast service and nice prices for such a tasty dessert. Truly recommend

We are in Toulouse on a short holiday. Came across Haageb Dazs yesterday. So went there with my daughter who has serious food allergies. She usually has Rasberry sorbet from packed Haagen- Dazs tubs. There was a young lady (whos name i regret not asking) told us that they dint have the packed tubs but could we could take a scoop from the open counter. After we told her our daughters allergies, she warned us that there might be trace of other allergen as they use the same spoon to scoop other icreams. They do rinse it but she said they cant guarantee. Anyways since my daughter was desperate for one we decided to request the young lady to scoop from corners which hasnt been touched. She was super sweet and washed the spoon properly and dug all the way down until couple layer and scooped out a fresh scoop for us. She really dint have to as we had taken the responsibility. But this was an exceptional example of a very caring, dedicated employee who's not not interested in serving the client but also care about their wellbeing. People like this make the world a better place. Thank you ... I will definitely try to go back to get her name and her picture.

This shop really in a good place. Food quality very good. Price quite high. Specially café very expensive. Desert and soft drinks very delicious. Hope management will be think my opinion. Thanks.

The best icecream in Toulouse. You can go upstears and have a good view on Place Wilson or stay ouside in the sun. Staff is nice. Prices are correct. I recomend it.

Liked it. The QR scanner was cool. But a little pricey

Needless to say that ice cream was great, but the waffle was a surprise! Creamy in the inside, crunch in the outside, just amazing! There's also a great view to the plaza in front.

Great Place for people watching and having a bite to eat. Food was good, drinks were cold, nothing to complain. The outside area can be very noisy, and very warm on sunny days, so be mindful if you're sensitive to that.

It is the second time that the same employee prefers French customers. Then he aped the English language and me. It doesn't get any more outrageous! Does the French employee know that he works for an American company? RESPECT should be capitalized there and „French nationalism“ should be ended, in my opinion. PS The ice cream tastes ok, but there are better ice cream shops.

Too expensive if you decide to take your order “sur place”. Staff didn’t let us know that prices were different until we were going to pay.

Nice people, but I didn't like particularly the crep. The chocolate it's not very sweet.

Milkshake was watery and the waffle had the wrong ice cream,But very friendly staff.

Delicious ice cream on a sunny day, what more could you want?

Fast-food-style interior, menu needs to be looked up on your mobile, slowish service, overpriced.

Prices are high but desserts are yummy.

Wow what a service they have, so I took something to go, then I decided to somke a cigarette while drinking my over charged ice coffee, the terrace was literally empty. A waiter told me later that I have to leave (in somewhat a rude way) since I took my coffee to go and I didn't pay the service fee. Ok so this is not my first time to go to Haagen-dazs and my first time in france to see that they charge a service fee. Anyway, I will avoid their over charged coffee especially in this location.
