Most welcoming cafe staff - had an amazing time, coffee and brunch. If you’re around Capitole, walk 100m further and you won’t regret it.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm happy I visited. I tried the avocado on toast and it was prepared to a great standard, complete with delicious houmous. The vegan brownie for desert was incredible - especially with the salted peanuts on top, which was a great flavour combination. I sat and watch life go by on the street outside and enjoyed a lovely cappuccino. Wanted to come back the next day but sadly the place was closed. Thanks Virgule, I really enjoyed it!

Found this little vegan gem in the heart of the Capitole of Toulouse. After eating half my weight in cheese on our holiday I was so happy to have this delicious lunch followed by a wonderful coffee made with Oat Milk. I wish the owner every success and congratulate him on filling a much needed gap in the culinary market👌🏼 Delicious and freshly made with passion!

Very cute vegan cafe in the heart of Toulouse. Had a sandwich and it was a delight. Peaceful place to pause and eat.

I like this place. Proprietor-run, it's a place I can ground myself. Always a very savoury experience! Preparing some of the best coffee and delectables in Toulouse at a very reasonable price; especially considering the amount of effort placed into the very conscious selection of the equitable ingredients. All of the vegan comestibles are impeccably prepared, and DELICIOUS. If taste is as important to you as provenance, I highly recommended this local gem where personal profit is FAR from being the primary motivator. On the other hand is Time! You must come here with Patience (or while you're waiting, learn to be, because you suddenly got the time', congrats). If you're in a hurry to eat, Le Virgule is not a great choice on most days. If you order just an espresso, maybe you'll be served in a semi-timely manner. It's just the way this proprietor-run single-employee detail-oriented establishment rolls. It feels like a philosophical choice. And so on most days, I can't afford to go there 'cause, besides the frustratingly relaxed hours, I just ain't got the time! If you do, enjoy the fulfilling experience.

New and cozy coffee shop, one of the rare in Toulouse where you can get good specialty coffee! (have V60, etc) Accompanied by vegan food, pastries, that's pretty awesome. Coffee beans were from Hayuco, a local passionated roaster:) Too bad I forgot to take more pics cause the inside is lovely!

The space is really nice, and we really enjoyed the breakfast! However, they don’t have cow milk, so it could be a problem if you go with someone who drinks coffee with cow milk (not for me☺️)

The food was good and the atmosphere was cosy but just know that you pay 15eur for a piece of cake and a grilled cheese, which in my opinion is a lot for a snack
