Absolutely the best food I have had yet in France. Beautiful furniture and tea sets. Lovely and friendly waitresses. Delicious tea. A whole bookshelf of books. The kind of cafe/tea house I would love to open one day.

An absolute gem of a place! I'm so glad I found it. The food is delicious, the coffee exquisite and the staff incredibly friendly and warm. My broken french seemed to be of no issue, and I have always received the most warm welcome when I have visited. Part of me wants this to remain a well kept secret so it's easier to get a table😂 but it truly deserves recognition.

On a visit to Toulouse, I found this little tea house. I loved it so much I went both days I was there. Delicious food and lovely tea. The cheesecake is incredible. I enjoyed sipping my tea surrounded by books and the delightful atmosphere.

What a wonderful place! The decoration is just so cute and cozy I could stay here all day. The service is very, very friendly. They even accomodated to my lack of french. The food is abosultely fantastic made with very fresh ingredients. I also appreciated how it seemed to be popular with locals and it ssemed to have regulars which is very cute. Seriously some of hhte best food I had in Toulouse.

Amazing place to stop by, have a coffee or tea, read a book... “Madame Bovary” has to be the most appropriate name for this place!

Beautiful place, almost empty at 1pm while Saturday. Very nice staff, fast service and delicious food. First time I tried sandwich with peanat butter and becon inside - it was amazig, definitely will repeat that experience. Place nicely decorated, cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices.

Bad behavior from the lady at the reception We haven’t been allowed to seat to have coffee. We asked to take food. Most of the tables having only coffee. Really bad

Delightful choice of tea and light bite (toast with mushrooms, greens, and a melange of other things) in a cozy environment with music from Madame Bovary in the background. My friend and I had a cozy lunch here. Will definitely be back!

Super cute cafe with a calm atmosphere surrounded by books. Desserts are fresh, with only 4 or 5 options available on the afternoon we visited. Lots of teas to choose from.

I loved the tea (which wasn't even expensive for the amount you get!), you can buy or borrow (for the time of your visit) a book off the shelves, and it was so cozy, you would want to stay all day. Lovely!

Very nice place, pleasant decor and atmosphere, and very helpful and friendly staff despite some misunderstandings caused by my failed attempts at speaking French 😂 Also the chocolate mousse that came with the brunch is some of the most dense, amazing chocolate mousse I've had.

I loved this place. My husband and I went there for an afternoon tea/coffee and snack. My tea was inventive and tasty. The coffee was just really good coffee. The banana-chocolate crumble was fricken tasty as heck. The wait staff were warm, chilled, and welcoming. No rush. All smiles.

This is the most lovely and beautiful place that we found in Toulouse! This salon de thé is run by two extremely friendly young women who did everything for us to feel comfortable and happy. The tea and cake was delicious, the chairs comfortable, and the atmosphere relaxing with nice background music. We stayed for hours, drinking tea and reading. They even helped us to find a restaurant for the evening. Thanks again, lovely ladies, and see you next time! :)

The owner speaks enough English. You can read the books (I think all in French) on the shelves while enjoying tasty deserts.

Lively café with very cute decoration. There are loads of books you can read or but while drinking some tea or other beverage. The cups are adorable and the waitress was very nice and respectful.

Went there on a Sunday looking for a cozy charming place to relax a bit, and Madame Bovary gave me exactly that. The service was very friendly, and it offers a calm atmosphere as it is a rather small coffee shop. I had a Moka (too frothy for my taste) and a banana crumble, nothing out of this world, but I have no complaints about it. What I liked the most was the concept and the environment. Will definitely come back!
