(Translated by Google) Very professional staff and this museum is a great discovery. These open days taught us a lot about this prehistoric shelter and we will come back because the team offers new experiences. (Translated by Google) Wonderful visit (guided at 2:30 p.m.) which takes you back 30,000 years. One sees not only artefacts found on this important site for the history of humanity but also reproductions of those which were produced at the same period in other sites. And a nice perspective on life at the time. The staff is wonderful. The ticket allows you to come back all year round! (Translated by Google) A very beautiful modern and interactive museum which reconciles, from the reception, charming, those who do not like old stones with prehistory: you have to choose a guided tour, either for children, Marie is great, or for adults , who will not miss a beat. We also followed the basketry workshop, 2h30 exciting, both for young people and adults. Finally, all around the museum there are hiking trails for all levels and a small public garden set up for children nearby allows you to have a snack for example: a very good family outing!

Beautifully-presented very professionally-curated museum. We learnt a lot. Excellent maps and artefacts. Thank you. In the coming years, some audiences will expect museums to be more interactive, more doing, fewer passive activities for all ages groups, not just young children sitting patiently listening and watching.
