We went to the Tourist Office to grab some maps. The staffs were polite and cheerful. Toulousians are the most helpful people in France. I dunno how many times the French people there approached me when they sensed that I was lost. I was grateful by their helpfulness and initiatives! Visit Toulouse!!

Terrible. We arrived on Sunday and only had two days so wanted to plan visits. I queried with staff member about Museums being closed on Mondays. She assured us only one was closed and suggested we visit that one Sunday and could see the rest the next day. Monday arrives - everything was closed including the gardens- we missed The Abbatoir and the lovely Royal Gardens which were the key sites we wanted to visit. Staff need to be trained properly and even more annoying as I asked specifically about Monday closures😩

Thank you very much to the helpful young woman who gave us a map and a route for our short 4 hour visit to the city. Our French isn't great, but she was extremely helpful. She also told us that she had spent 3 months in our home city of York, England (near Tescos 😊).

I wanted to thank the woman who spoke English since my French was lacking. She took time with me to talk about local places and choose maps that would be of interest. I got to visit some of those sites, thanks to her! I wish I remembered her name.

We bought tickets here for a city bus tour using a credit card. We should have used cash as when the bus did not turn up, and we didn’t have the time to reschedule, we could not get a refund. Ridiculous in 2023. Apparently the refund application has to be made online! Not the service I expected regarding getting a refund.

it's a terrible city. My wife was stolen her wallet with some credit cards by two girls group on Saturday July 15th. We suffered more than 3000 euros in damage. The nearby police office was closed on Saturday, so the government was of no help. Are criminals free in France on Saturday?

They have zero customer service and have no idea of what happens in Toulouse nor transport.

I like Toulouse quite a lot. I went to Inqury about tourist attraction and opening time.. and the team were really helpful. I just want to complain about a taxi company called “city drive”, which charge me 18 euro from Let’s visit airbus to Airport (about 2 miles away, took me 6 minutes, Uber estimated 6 euro). Wondering if there’s any regulations on over-priced taxi?
