I made a couple visits to this shop last week for a couple different issues. By chance, both times I was helped by Pierre. Fantastique! Helpful, non-condescending, pleasant, effective and excellent English. Great for a person whose “foreign” language is Tech even more than French. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing. I took my laptop in for repair and was promised an estimate within 2 days. Towards the end of day 2 as nothing had come through I tried phoning multiple times but got no response, then emailed but also had no response. The estimate finally arrived on day 3 but with no indication of timing for the repair. Again I tried emailing and phoning with no results. In desperation I went back to Toulouse to pick up my laptop and was charged €39 for the ‘diagnosis’. I think the management of this shop is very lax in allowing such poor customer service.

Super good service and friendly staff. In three days I got my MacBook Pro repaired and ready to use again. Props to <<Pierre Remaury>> at the repair desk and his very good English level, I am not fluent in French but thanks to him I could get the reparation done. Very happy with the result!

While on vacation in Toulouse, Yoann, at the iConcept store was a miracle worker for helping me negotiate storage issues which had locked up my iPhone 12 Pro

After a bad experience at FNAC Jeanne d'Arc was relieved to speak to a young woman who really listened and answered my questions. The staff worked as a team to answer different enquieries. Was relieved at the calm atmosphere and the respectful way the sales team spoke to me. They are excellent. Then I had Julien Larrazet who was an absolute legend. He kindly informed me of technological advances and the best mac for my needs without making me feel inferior for not knowing what a usbc is for example. ( Yes I was behind with the times. ) I'm dyspraxic and dyslexic so not a typical customer. Julien treated me so kindly and patiently no matter how weird I must've appeared or how many times he had to repeat certain details to me. I'm just so grateful to all the team but especially to Julien. If anyone from apple reads this, Julien is an excellent salesman too, he gave me good motivation to up my budget and with me that's not an easy thing to do. Thankyou J

When I needed to buy a new MacBook and phone, after years of long and loyal service from my old models, I did a bit of research online, but was not sure what to buy. The staff at iConcept Toulouse were helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. They asked about how I used my devices and recommended options that were right for me and my budget. A follow-up hour of one-on-one training on my new MacBook Air more than exceeded my expectations. In one hour, Mathis was able to address the long list of questions I had sent him.

Brilliant service. Friendly, knowlegable and helpful. I asked iConcept to reinstall Mac OS on my MacBook Pro. What should have been a simple task turned in to a two day job! However, they persevered and kept me up to date with progress through out. I'd recommend them to anyone and I'll be using them again in the future.
