Food is ok. Service was also ok. Average place but the location is very nice. Could be more expensive just because of the location.

Terrible service, overpriced rubbish . Ordered a steak that come out in less than 3minutes which was the worst bit of steak I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Thin and tasteless which was swimming in a sauce I never ordered I had 1 bite and said to the waiter it was not good enough to eat, he then said that I wasn't going to get my money back so I'd eat it if I was you! He even said the owners were crooks and he wasn't staying . I ended up having to pay for it and got a McDonald's

For Americans: Les Arcades may translate to the Arcades, but let me tell you, there is no pac man to be found. Instead of the beeps and chirms of pinball machines, I only found a delicious goat cheese tart with honey that tasted as sweet as setting the Galaca high score, another game not found here. I did have a glass of red as recommend by the server who was extremely knowledgeable in wines but not in Mortal Kombat. I will return in hopes that next time the perfectly fried pomme fries may come with at least a claw machine or skee ball.

Not worth it, the service is as BAD as the food! We waited more than 1 hour just for our entree and that is only after we asked for it. Then we have to asked multiple time for our main dish to be serve. Have to pull ‘serve us or we won’t pay’ kinna act to have the food served within 5 minutes. Just to eat the most horrible duck confit, mussels marinière. NOT WORTH THE WAIT AND A PENNY.

Good location the rest is disaster. One of our favorite restaurant in the square was completed as we made mistake not to reserve so we end up in Les Arcades. Soup was acceptable bu extremely salty. Main course was so 👎 bad... The meat was dry and very salty.... The 🍟 French fries and vegetable frozen that even my son that is 10 years old could make a remark and not been able to eat it. Waist of time and money. The new pizza place in the corner is much better option. I have seen few reviews specially from local guides that give 4 or 5 stars 🌟 and describing as luxurious.... Seriously ? Either they have been in one other restaurant or all the flattering for free lunch 😅... Does NOT help

Place is directly in front of the Place du Capitole of Toulouse, so generally those type of place are tourist traps. We only wanted a place for tea and coffee to hide out from the cold. They have a big outdoor terrace for warmer days. Inside it’s spacious and also has space upstairs. It’s quite pricey for teas and coffee, 4.20 for a small cappuccino and over 3e for a small tea.

We ordered breakfasts. All the food was frozen (bread, croissant, jelly), nothing was fresh (orange juice included). Also the waiter was very rude to us. To avoid at all costs.

We should have known really not to eat in a tourist sqaure . Because they really don't care if you come back or not. Unfortunately that happens in tourist locations. We chose here on our last night of Toulouse as it was later in the evening and most places had stopped service. There was nothing in English and although we should know more french, in a tourist location you would think menus would have other languages for people to be able to work it out. My partner chose steak, I am a vegetarian. I asked what they had and it was a little like I was an alien .so I found a " salad" with spring rolls... And was advised to have "chips" as they were vegetarian! Anyway the food came out within 3 minutes of ordering. The steak turned up pretty much was a lump of faw fat. The depth of a shoe sole. Awful. My partner called the waiter and said it's inedible and probably dangerous to eat. Waiter said nothing he can do, the management won't take it off the bill. He said have something else. This point my partner was too annoyed and wouldn't have wanted to eat there. The food quality was so bad. Waiter even said he was leaving as the food was so poor and they were not nice to work for. He was honest and agreed that the steak was gross, but he said there is nothing they will do you have to pay my partner literally didn't even taste it as it was so bad and he knew would make him ill. So in the end he had to get a Macdonald's! And I paid £58 for the pleasure of one uneaten meal, and a few chips with spring rolls fried within an inch of their life. The waiter was apologetic, but what a shambles. They really do not care about customer service, or the fact that their food is inedible. The steak you could buy from a supermarket for about £2.00 it was that poor quality. Honestly, do not waste your money. Go to a back street where you get proper good that the locals eat at. I would have given this a 0 star if the option was there.youll thank me for reading this!

One star for pretty location and sunny lunch terrasse. Seated ourselves (table of 2). Waited long time with neither food menu nor drinks, no waiter even looked at us. Gave up our seat in the sun with nice view of Capitol to seek a real restaurant. The other restaurants next door were just as bad. Waiters who look past like you are invisible. Probably the bosses needs to hire more wait staff if they care about customer experience...

Have eaten at the restaurant a couple of times. Food was always good and served quite quickly as well. Had no problems with the servers until last time where they were pushing us to order quickly even though the restaurant was empty at that time.

The food was alright, but the service was a bit of a letdown. While others got their meals promptly, I ended up waiting longer and then received the wrong dish in the end.

Food was good and service fast. I give it 3 stars because the girl preparing the clean tables dropped the clean cutlery twice on the floor. And both times she picked it up from the floor on to a clean table…. This is disgusting to do. And even more in front of customers

It was OK. Nicely situated. Food was good without being exceptional. Value for Money was excellent. Bit shambolic and unprofessional whilst settling the bill, led to a disappointing finish

Horrible, we had people that couldn’t have gluten and we sakes them to remove it but they said they would but didn’t do anything. We asked if the sauce on the steak was separated they said yes but eventually it was on it. These small mistakes can happen but the fries were dipped all the way in salt they were horrible. We were a group of 8 people and 6 of us had problems with our stomach afterwards all night long!! All our plans gone for the night because this place couldn’t do the bare minimum. When we say something about it they take it as a joke and just ignore it. Wouldn’t recommend!!! The place next door called “Grand Café Le Florida” was great and had good service and staff.
