What a lovely evening we had at this welcoming spot where clients are treated like friends and family. The cocktail menu is imaginative, whimsical, and full of beautifully balanced creations with daringly inventive touches - - we stopped at "Singe" for a quick drink before dinner which turned into an evening (thanks Morgane, for calling the restaurant for us to give our regrets). The entire staff were wonderful, but biggest shout-out goes to owners Morgane and Nicholas - - Nicholas does a low-key spectacular job behind the bar and Morgane creates an EXTREMELY hospitable environment and, while managing the comings and goings and seating guests, etc., manages to take the time to chat with guests and make each feel special. While not a restaurant, technically, the short list of food offerings is varied and we felt very well-fed. Our visit ended with a parting gift of custom-designed shots enjoyed along with our host.
