La rue des Blanchers is one of several little narrow streets in the centre of Toulouse where there are a number of restaurants to choose from and competition is keen and ownerships change fairly often. L'Oreille Cassé is, I think, the third business since we've had the apartment (20 years) and I wish them every success. It's a brave enterprise as the proprietor is profoundly deaf and a whole new technique of communication has to be adopted - which I have to say works extremely well so don't be put off give it a try !
