Excellent, inventive restaurant. Really enjoyed my dinner - limited menu with three options for starter and three options for main. Very balanced choices and excellent contrast between texture, sweet vs. savory. Probably not for a conservative eater

The food at Aux Pieds sous la Table was amazing. Every dish that was served to us was innovative and tasted incredibly fantastic. For the main dishes, we ordered the duck and the fish, both of which were cooked very well. The staff here also made the dining experience enjoyable. They spoke english and were extremely professional. Overall, a great experience and is definitely worth a visit.

Among my 6 days I went there 3 times and each time it was surprisingly great. Each day they are serving a new menu and every lunch was delicious 🤤 The best menu item we had was duck. Wish we have it one more time. But beef dishes and fish were also great. Very friendly staff and not crowded. The bonus point for accommodating us even 10 minutes before lunch closure. Haven’t tried dinner but I’m sure it worth visiting too

We had a fantastic lunch on a weekday, we enjoyed their naans with duck, pork backbone and a vegetarian gratin option - all of which were delicious. The staff were friendly, accomodating for our baby and his stroller, as well as professional making a great wine recommendation (so much so we bought a bottle to take home). We will definitely come back if we are in Toulouse again.

Really love this place! There was some external work being done on the building when we visited, so the outside gives no clue about the absolutely wonderful things inside. The food is really really good, and the enthusiastic knowledgeable people working there makes this a delight to visit. Not sure if anyone gets to leave without trying the dessert! Big thank you to everyone there, we had a lovely meal and you made us both feel that we really did have our "feet under the table"

The service was slow with a 45 minutes wait for the starter. Then the main course arrived almost before finishing the starter, followed by another 30 minute wait for the desert. The main course was delicious, while the scallop of the appetizer appeared as if it had been standing around for a while as it looked dry. The appetizer would be appreciated by somebody that likes bitter almond, but it's unfortunately not to my liking.

Granted that we came without reservations, so the customers in the 3 separate tables surrounding us were ALL served food before us…BUT they all literally finished eating and that’s when we FINALLY got served. Entree was served over 30 minutes later, Plat over 30 minutes of waiting as well. I am appalled. When I called out about it to the waiter, he gave a lame excuse about a big group arriving before us. But it doesn’t justify that all the other smaller tables coming after us, just coz they had reservations..all were served before us. I didn’t answer back just because it will be an argument, I felt the bad attitude of the waiter. His « sorry, not sorry » demeanor. Water, wine..Everything came so late. So it’s not because of a big group. It’s coz of bad service. Period. Food is mediocre French. Thé œuf was standard with some truffle oil. Beef, not tender enough and the peas purée was not well balanced with the sauce. Nothing gastronomic here. It’s haute cuisine so it will always be good food, but if you are a gastro foodie who would want to have a good dining experience, I recommend not to take your chances here for dinner. The restaurant is too big and they are understaffed. I’ve had lunch before, which was okay, frankly I was not impressed the first time but I gave it another try for dinner just because at 30€ for E+P, it seemed less expensive than other haute cuisine restaurants. It’s good meal, yes..But not worth paying 30€ for dinner price. Perhaps 20€ for lunch price, yes. For sure. But not going back here to give a third try, that’s also for sure.

Just wanna come back again ! So accessible yet so exclusive! A warm and authentic staff welcomed us! The atmosphere is intimate yet not posh. We enjoyed a very fine dinner at a reasonable price. The restaurant offered a nice hors d'oeuvre "arrancini" We then ordered starters and the main dish I had the zucchini and mint gazpacho with gravlax salmon then the squid with beetroot puree. The only setback was the squid texture which was a bit too stiff. Otherwise, everything was perfect, a delight for tastebuds! I'd love to test the next menu in one of the coming days!

We both loved it - the staff was lovely and welcoming. We really appreciated the advice on the wine, which we found very tasty. The food was well balanced with a clear commitment to fresh and seasonal products. We would both highly recommend, c'était délicieux. Merci 😊

Great ambiance and the dessert was delicious. But the steak was hard, even though the waiter described it as very tender. Not going back.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
