Radiology.
Quick
appointment
booking
online,
within
a
fairly
short
time
frame
(appointment
made
on
December
30,
2020
for
January
5,
2021).
Meet
at
9:10
am
so
still
plenty
of
places
available
in
the
parking
lot.
Good
reception
at
the
general
secretariat,
then
a
little
less
at
the
radiology
secretariat.
After
registration,
at
9am
as
requested
on
the
appointment
confirmation
email,
I
waited
in
the
waiting
room
for
the
ultrasound
until
9:30
am,
alone.
I
decide
to
walk
a
bit
in
the
hallway
to
wait,
a
nurse
walks
past
me
without
paying
attention,
calls
my
name
then
we
realize
that
it
is
my
turn
and
then
looks
at
me
smiling
...
She
seats
me
in
the
room
for
the
ultrasound,
where
I
wait
until
9:55
am.
It's
been
20min
at
least
that
I
heard
the
people
of
the
service
wish
each
other
a
happy
new
year
and
tell
each
other
about
their
holidays
...
So
I
glanced
in
the
hallway,
thinking
that
they
had
forgotten
me
..
.
The
nurses
having
seen
me,
I
think
they
spread
the
word
because
the
radiology
arrived
in
5min
...!
I
take
a
daily
treatment
whose
side
effects
strongly
affect
the
stomach
and
intestines,
and
unfortunately
for
me,
an
abdomino-pelvic
ultrasound
must
be
done
on
an
empty
stomach
from
5
hours,
so
in
the
morning
at
9
a.m.,
on
an
empty
stomach
since
the
day
before.
So
I
was
inevitably
seized
with
severe
cramps
during
this
long
wait
...
When
the
radiologist
entered
the
room
I
had
one
of
these
cramps,
he
then
asked
me
what
was
going
on
and
I
answered
him
with
the
same
explanation
as
above.
He
then
got
very
upset
and
in
a
condescending
tone
asked
me
what
the
purpose
of
the
exam
was.
For
1
week,
when
I
tilt
my
head,
I
have
a
heat
ball
that
appears
at
the
bottom
left
of
my
belly,
which
can
be
normal
with
my
pathology
but
you
have
to
check
that
it
does
not
come
from
the
belly,
I
told
him.
answered.
On
the
report
in
question
of
the
examination
there
is
marked:
pain
in
the
stomach
...
Fortunately
it
was
not
really
one
!!!
Especially
considering
the
delicacy
of
the
radiologist
during
the
examination,
he
has
pressed
so
hard
that
since
I
have
my
periods
when
they
must
start
in
10
days
...
When
I
returned
to
the
secretariat,
I
was
told
that
I
would
have
the
report
online
in
the
afternoon
or
the
next
day
and
that
nothing
would
be
sent
to
the
doctor
who
ordered
the
examination
...
First
time
I
saw
this
!
Before
leaving,
a
man
in
the
waiting
room
asks
a
nurse
if
there
is
not
a
mistake
because
he
has
been
waiting
for
1
hour
and
a
woman
arrived
later
than
he
has
just
passed.
The
nurse
answers
him
nastily
that
there
are
not
only
radios
here,
there
is
also
MRI,
scanner
...
I
found
this
remark
so
inappropriate
on
the
part
of
the
nurse
that
I
said
everything
top:
I
had
an
appointment
at
9:10
am,
I
was
examined
at
10
am
(for
an
exam
of
10min
grand
max
!!!),
so
in
my
opinion
if
there
was
already
so
much
delay
there
must
be
more
not
anymore!
What
provoked
a
small
protest
movement
was
a
small
gesture
that
I
could
well
render
to
this
radiology
department.
Finally,
retrieving
the
results
can
only
be
done
through
a
computer,
not
from
a
phone.
And
again
for
the
record
no
problem,
but
impossible
to
download
the
image
file
...
In
short,
the
whole
thing
does
not
encourage
me
to
put
more
than
2
stars
...

la
Radiologie.
Prise
de
rendez-vous
rapide
par
Internet,
dans
un
délai
assez
cours
(rendez-vous
pris
le
30
décembre
2020
pour
le
5
janvier
2021).
Rendez-vous
à
9h10
donc
encore
beaucoup
de
places
disponibles
sur
le
parking.
Bon
accueil
au
secrétariat
général,
puis
un
peu
moins
au
secrétariat
de
radiologie.
Après
enregistrement,
à
9h
comme
demandé
sur
le
mail
de
confirmation
du
rdv,
j'ai
patienté
en
salle
d'attente
pour
l'échographie
jusqu'à
9h30,
seule.
Je
décide
de
marcher
un
peu
dans
le
couloir
pour
patienter,
une
infirmière
me
passe
devant
sans
faire
attention,
appelle
mon
nom
puis
on
s'aperçoit
que
c'est
mon
tour
et
alors
me
regarde
en
souriant...
Elle
m'installe
dans
la
salle
pour
l'échographie,
où
j'attends
jusqu'à
9h55.
Ça
faisait
20min
au
moins
que
j'entendais
les
gens
du
service
se
souhaiter
la
bonne
année
et
se
raconter
leur
vacances...
J'ai
donc
jeté
un
coup
d'oeil
dans
le
couloir,
pensant
qu'ils
m'avaient
oubliée...
Les
infirmières
m'ayant
vue,
je
pense
qu'elles
ont
fait
passé
le
mot
car
le
radiologie
est
arrivé
en
5min...!
Je
prends
un
traitement
quotidien
dont
les
effets
secondaires
affectent
fortement
l'estomac
et
les
intestins,
et
malheureusement
pour
moi,
une
échographie
abdomino-pelvienne
doit
se
faire
à
jeun
de
5
heures,
donc
le
matin
à
9h,
à
jeun
depuis
la
veille...
J'ai
donc
forcément
était
prise
de
fortes
crampes
pendant
cette
longue
attente...
Quand
le
radiologue
est
entré
dans
la
salle,
j'ai
eu
une
de
ces
crampes,
il
m'a
alors
demandé
ce
qu'il
se
passait
et
je
lui
ai
répondu
avec
la
même
explication
que
ci-dessus.
Il
s'est
alors
fortement
vexé
et
sur
un
ton
condescendant
m'a
demandé
quel
était
le
but
de
l'examen.
Depuis
1
semaine,
quand
je
penche
la
tête,
j'ai
une
boule
de
chaleur
qui
apparaît
en
bas
à
gauche
de
mon
ventre,
ce
qui
peut
être
normal
avec
ma
pathologie
mais
il
faut
vérifier
que
celà
ne
vienne
pas
du
ventre,
lui
ai
je
répondu.
Sur
le
compte
rendu
en
cause
de
l'examen
il
y
a
marqué
:
douleur
au
ventre...
Heureusement
que
ce
n'en
était
pas
vraiment
une
!!!
Surtout
vue
la
délicatesse
du
radiologue
lors
de
l'examen,
il
a
tellement
appuyer
que
depuis
j'ai
mes
règles
alors
qu'elles
doivent
se
déclencher
dans
10
jours...
À
mon
retour
au
secrétariat
on
m'explique
que
j'aurais
le
compte
rendu
par
Internet
dans
l'après-midi
ou
le
lendemain
et
que
rien
ne
sera
envoyé
au
médecin
qui
a
prescrit
l'examen...
Première
fois
que
je
vois
ça!
Avant
de
partir,
un
homme
dans
la
salle
d'attente
demande
à
un
infirmier
s'il
n'y
a
pas
une
erreur
car
il
attend
depuis
1h
et
une
femme
arrivée
plus
tard
que
lui
vient
de
passer.
L'infirmier
lui
répond
méchamment
qu'il
n'y
a
pas
que
des
radio
ici,
il
y
a
aussi
IRM,
scanner...
J'ai
trouvé
cette
remarque
tellement
déplacée
de
la
part
de
l'infirmier
que
j'ai
dit
tout
haut
:
j'avais
rendez-vous
à
9h10,
j'ai
été
examinée
à
10h
(pour
un
examen
de
10min
grand
max!!!),
donc
à
mon
avis
s'il
y
avait
déjà
autant
de
retard
il
doit
y
en
avoir
encore
plus
maintenant!
Ce
qui
a
provoqué
un
petit
mouvement
contestataire,
c'est
un
petit
geste
que
je
pouvais
bien
rendre
à
ce
service
de
radiologie.
Enfin,
la
récupération
des
résultats
ne
peut
se
faire
que
via
un
ordinateur,
pas
depuis
un
téléphone.
Et
encore
pour
le
compte
rendu
pas
de
problème,
mais
impossible
de
télécharger
le
fichier
des
images...
Bref,
le
tout
ne
m'incite
pas
à
mettre
plus
de
2
étoiles...
