    Service inhumain avec un jeune directeur "fils à papa" (Vincent BOUNES), diplÎmé d'Harvard et héritier d'un gigantesque domaine viticole. Il utilise les hélicoptÚres du SAMU à sa guise et à des fins qui ne sont pas nécéssaires (déplacements personnels + entraßnements). Tous les habitants du quartier PURPAN et les patients de l'hÎpital , notamment ceux qui séjournent dans le bùtiment qui est réservé aux soins paliatifs, souffrent des nuisances sonores sévÚres et répétées (1 hélicoptÚre toutes les heures et ce, du lundi au dimanche). Il est manipulateur, audacieux et arrogant! Malgré toutes les plaintes, ce monsieur ne fait rien pour arranger les choses bien au contraire... Il a vraiment une sale mentalité de "bobo", donc forcément la plupart de ses subordonnés est dépourvue d'humanité et de bienveillance. C'est vraiment inquiétant!
