J'ai passé un appel à cette psychologue pour connaitre ses pratiques, avant de prendre un RDV. Une personne agressive face à quelqu'un qui cherche des solutions, peu empathique, et vraisemblablement très pressée de raccrocher pour aller se faire payer sa prochaine consultation. Ca en dit long sur ses valeurs et son type d'accompagnement. Suite à ce commentaire, Mme Bertonneau m'a appelée pour me demander de le supprimer, en se victimisant et en essayant de me faire croire qu'elle souhaitait prendre de mes nouvelles (affligeant), ce qui a largement aggravé mon ressenti sur ce "médecin", qui n'est vraiment pas recommandable et qui cherche avant tout à se protéger plutôt qu'à accompagner/apaiser les personnes qui en ont besoin. En atteste son commentaire laissé ci-dessous... Je pourrais rajouter un paragraphe négatif de plus mais chacun se fera son opinion. Bonne continuation à vous !
