From bright silkiness to joyful songs, From concentrated relaxation to vibrant silences, From the exploration of breathing to time to oneself... A space where Elsa's attention is as real as the careful preparation of her lessons... ...shh, let's not say it too loudly that we run out of room ;-))

I found this class by chance, because it was close to home, even though I was a beginner in yoga. I go there every week with great pleasure, knowing that I will come away peaceful and serene. I appreciate that there aren't too many of us. Elsa, the teacher, is attentive to everyone, and manages to establish a climate of trust which allows me to progress in the postures and come out with the feeling of having really worked. We feel that the sessions are carefully prepared, and adapted to the season or climatic conditions.

Great Yoga class in Toulouse with a teacher who really listens to her students. What I particularly like is the courses created week after week depending on the season and the weather. Well done and good luck!

Avoid Yoga classes with Sophie if you want to relax. Lacks pedagogy, humility and allows himself to twist your knee. 3 hours lost. The most disappointing course I have taken in three years of yoga.

(Translated by Google) Yoga, I have known for a long time that it would suit me perfectly. So, I tried, a first time, then another course somewhere else, some time later, and another one a little later. But no, I was not hanging ... Either I had the impression of doing gymnastics at a frantic pace, or to dive right into transcendental meditation, which is quite confusing when you're not initiated. . Then, at the beginning of last year, I fell on the site of Silence and rhythm which spoke to me immediately by its simplicity, its clarity and the explanations given. The classes only confirmed this good first impression. Elsa is the yoga teacher I was waiting for! She is very good pedagogue (because no, for me to breathe with the lungs of the back, it was not obvious at first!), Soft, attentive. We feel that the courses are from an upstream preparation, which takes into account the season, and a gentle progression. Today, I can not imagine my life without yoga!

What an amazing studio! The instructor, Irene, was phenomenal. The studio itself is gorgeous and has every amenity you could possibly need. The ambience is the perfect setting for a yoga class ... I loved how I felt afterwards.

I am delighted to have been attracted by the Silence et Rythme website during my search for Yoga classes 6 months ago, your philosophy suits me perfectly. You know how to bring to a level of deep relaxation which is so useful for holding postures. From breathing to the balance between firmness and relaxation in each part of our body, through the visualization of the energy around us, everything is complete. Your voice guides us precisely and gently towards a harmony which, I find, remains present between sessions: Thank you for that, it’s precious! Is she.

Having practiced yoga for several years using other methods, I think I can say that Elsa offers a serious approach to yoga, powerful in its effects and full of relevance; if I believe in any case the well-being and dynamism that I feel after each session...! The particular care given to each posture, to each body alignment, as well as to each student, makes the classes truly remarkable. Practicing outdoors is a real pleasure, sharing it with Elsa and other practitioners too.

First trial lesson. The professor is extremely competent. The postures are explained so that the student understands the sensations of his body for himself. It is not a question here of moving on at full speed while doing something wrong or useless. It's not slow or boring either. In short, I find the whole package, room, price and above all the teacher quite convincing and I recommend++.

Incredible classes! The classes are both deep and fun. An exciting discovery of the body and oneself. I come away each time relaxed, calm, but also revitalized. .And the ideas are much clearer! The lessons are quite personalized, and the teacher is very attentive. I adore!
