Puis il y a eu à maintes reprises des manquements à l'obligation légale d'information à la charge de l'agent immobilier vis à vis d'elle qui, pourtant ,avait signé un contrat de mandat exclusif avec cette agence.Ils confondent le fait d'être joignables par téléphone avec celui de tenir régulièrement informé leur client des différents aléas rencontrés ( 2 avenants ont dû être signés et c'est toujours au tout dernier moment que notre fille a été avertie...sa signature étant indispensable, il devenait incontournable de la prévenir !!).Aucun agent n'a pris la peine de l'avertir qu'à chaque fois cela rajoutait plusieurs mois d'attente stressants d'autant plus que de la vente de cet appartement dépendait l'achat de son nouveau logement qui a failli lui échapper .Il semble donc indispensable de la part de la Direction générale de Century 21 de veiller à ce que ses agents soient mieux formés tout au long de leur carrière à l'évolution de leurs obligations légales et tout particulièrement à celle du droit de la consommation devenu très protecteur.Le contenu exact de l'obligation d'information n'est visiblement pas toujours bien maîtrisé ce qui peut être préjudiciable. De plus ,après avoir reconnu plusieurs fois à l'oral des points négatifs ,le directeur a soutenu, à quelques jours de la vente,le contraire et ne s'est finalement aucunement remis en cause et n'a accepté aucun geste commercial ...montrant ainsi bien peu de considération pour sa cliente.Comment qualifier cette "désinvolture”?? L’ appartement a pourtant fini par être vendu au bout de quasiment 8 mois d'attente bien usants.
