Bought a parasol in a box that had been resealed, when we arrived home, we found it was faulty. Upon returning the item the staff suggested my husband had just stolen it (even though he walked directly to the till) he was accused of lying, they said he was probably unemployed and had stolen it for the money. He waited outside the store with the faulty item as I finished paying for goods and they even aid he was lying about having a wife. They refused to scan the item to prove they had sold it. The most dispicable way to treat a customer. We left the damaged item there as it wasn't really about the money. Never had such bad service anywhere, ever.

Good place to shop for cheap and interesting household items.

A very rude store manager tried to say my visa credit card didn’t work there (I’ve used it there many times). Now I’ve triple paid for 80€ of stuff and am having to deal with it. (Twice on the credit card and once on a debit card)
