Very, very helpful staff but the most important, they know what they are selling. You can tell they have some of the products sold there and it is refreshing to know you are not being conned. I would say they have everything you could ever need to go on expeditions, camping with you your family, mountaineering, all the best Brand's you could think of and much more. I would assume they spoke English, so that has to be a positive. Hope this review helps you guys and finds you well.

Great shop with a huge selection of high quality gear. But above all they have a great costumer service! Bought a EXPED product in Austria which has a failure and they offered me to exchange it without any questions and also did the phoning with EXPED for me🙏🏻

"Au vieux campeur" is basicly the most comprehensive outdoors sports shop in France. The go to place if you are after top of the range high quality gear. The staff in our Toulouse branch are very nice and friendly people offering very competent advice. Money well spent.
