Fancy vegan restaurant with a Bohemian touch. The degustation menu with a six-course meal was meticulously prepared and delicious. During two hours we were indulging ourselves with all kinds of brand new taste and a variety of exquisite vegan food. What a taste bud ride! The chefs put their hearts and love in all we had been served. The waitress was very kind and explained obligingly ingredients of every course-meal. The restaurant's soft lighting and peaceful music (60's soul&funk) gave the place a soothing ambience. My girlfriend couldn't have picked a better place for my birthday. Merci beaucoup, Sandra!

1) The food is not worth the price. Very small portions. Taste is average and not fulfilling. The fries with the burger were burnt and did not taste well. 2) The restaurant is decorated well but the small space with too many tables makes the ambiance very uncomfortable causing too much noise and very little space for you to sit. 3) Waiting times are very very very long. Had to keep chasing the waiter to get the food. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Incredible culinary experience, one of the best vegetarian restaurants I’ve been to. Menu Dégustation was delicious, products fresh and combinations innovative. The vegan cheese plateau was mind blowing! Only downside is that they only do menus per two people, so you have to share the plates, a bit of a shame when you have such beautiful dishes. Also if you’re three you need to order complementary dishes to share. It’s not ideal and ended up being a lot of food for us to eat :)

I would certainly return here! The food was beautifully presented and very refined and delicious. I found the portions reasonable and the price very fair for the quality. The service was professional and I felt comfortable eating here alone. It is quite crowded, so it was quite warm inside. However, it was s great experience and I'd highly recommend it!

This was our favorite restaurant in Toulouse. Note that my husband is not vegan (it is only I who is), yet this still tops his list. We were blown away by how inventive the flavor combinations were. Totally worth the price. Wonderful meal!

Slow service but friendly staff. The food is tasteless, you can feel that they do not use good quality products. They try to make original combinations but flavors are never where they should be it’s very bland. The only tasty thing was the cheese platter.

Serving is beautiful, risotto is tasty. But why most of the food is cold? It feels like straight from the fridge. Do you know? because of that its hard to taste food when its so cold. We ate it but honestly didnt feel any taste because it was too cold like 5-8 degrees! Sorry we didnt get it.. We planned to eat here everyday day while we were in Toulouse but after so cold food we were afraid to order like this again. Its winter now and eating cold food during the cold day - not sure if it makes sense :(

We were walking past this place and spotted the intriguing interior and the word “vegan”, so we went in (we’re vegetarians and love good vegan food). I liked the fact that there’s a daily menu, which tells me that these guys try to limit food waste. The dumplings were amazing so I would have preferred a couple more. My main — vegan caesar salad with fake chicken was surprisingly exciting. My husband had some sort of veggie tarte. It was good but definitely not something you would feed a non-vegan if you wanted to convince then that vegan food can be filling and not “just vegetables”. The chocolate mousse for desert was one of the best I’d ever had. Overall the restaurant leaves a very good impression but is on the expensive side.

The food tasted as incredible as the presentation looked. Each serving was meticulously crafted and there were several genuinely delightful surprises served throughout the night. My favourites were the smoked melon salad, and a pistachio/yuzu dessert (but if you want to try both, you'll need to bring a friend ;) Bravo to the whole team behind this experience! I'll definitely come again the next time I'm in Toulouse.

Best culinary experience I have ever had in my life. Took my non-vegan friend with me and he literally said that he hast to start trying more vegan food because this was the best meal he had ever had. We did the seven course share meal and every dish was a whole experience in itself. I highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a flavor explosion in your mouth.

An excellent vegan restaurant in the centre of Toulouse. We had a very good value tasting menu. The range of flavours and dishes was really exciting. Very friendly, relaxed service. Great for couples or groups.

The food was unique and presented beautifully, the wine was also amazing. Only issue we had was someone in our party has a severe allergy to chives. We communicated this to the server, but they still served them a dish full of chives. When we told the server that there are chives, the server returned it to the chef who made a new dish that still had chives in it. The server tried to gaslight us that they were chives. Thankfully, we spotted the chives and she did not get a reaction, but this really could have been severe. The lack of care or respect from the server and chefs for her allergy was unfortunate. I do not recommend this place if you have dietary requirements.

Impeccable service is really what made this night great. Our waiter, J., managed to surprise us at every contact. He had great food and wine recommendations. The starter was delicious, and the main dish, a burger (very meaty-textured) and an aubergine dish (smooth and balanced sauce), were great. We finished with a self-created cocktail of the waiter, who happened to be a veteran cocktail mixer. It was was creamy, yet had no "creamy" (i.e. dairy) ingredients; a rare combination indeed. Something we will not forget easily (we even asked for the recipe). In short: Good food warmed up with genuine and sophisticated service. They want you to have a good night. You can taste it.

Came for Sunday brunch, was excited by the veggie options. The food was neither warm, tasty nor nutritious unfortunately, which is not what I would expect from veggie/vegan food I skipped dessert. I think I am spoiled coming from London! I also felt sorry for the waitress who was clearly unwell and also needed more support as the restaurant was so busy!

The ambience was very nice, and the drinks were great. But the food was very overpriced for what it is. 12 euros for 6 asparagus with some mustard seeds, nothing else….insanity. The servers and kitchen staff also seemed pretty stressed, maybe just an off-day though! All in all we left pretty disappointed because of the high expectations we had from their instagram page & happy cow reviews.

Even if you are not vegan, you have to stop here to try a meals from one of the most interesting menus I have perused in a, while. I had the vegan burger which was just melt in the mouth good but I think I settled. Will definitely go back to try something more substantial. The chef, the staff and the dessert were all perfect. Such a pleasurable experience.
