Okayish but not the best. we were reommended Zaza as a good vegan brunch with lots of variety and found out the menu was really basic and food was not tasty. What we didn't like : - dishes lacked Flavour, a bit too dry too - inside eating area is really dark We had higher expectations and found it weird it had 4.8 stars.

I went their for the ice cream. Raspberry flavor was nice, salted caramel was alright, the cone was alright too. Nice employees.

Great coffee! They have mazocco machine (the best!!). Cakes are delicious too and handmade. Modern, very well decorated and staff is very nice!

We went to this place because they offer luggage storage. The place is nice, very cosy. After leaving the luggage we ate breakfast there. The food is very tasty, I tried the meat brioche and it was very nice. The personnel was very kind and funny, I had a very good experience with them and if I come back to Toulouse I would probably go here again.

Ok if unspectacular coffee shop. Limited desert menu. It is evident by the owner's reply to an average review that this is not a place to visit. Let me add that some mediocre desert choices does not make for a great menu.

Great place, with amazing food! I loved the pancakes so much. They were super-tasty and creative. I tried the vegetarian option with extra egg!The coffee was really good too. I was also very happy with the service of the staff. They were super friendly and polite. I also tried the cinammon roll which was a bit dry for my taste but still tasty! :) I totally recommend this place!! ❤️

The best coffee in Toulouse! The waitresses are super super nice and sweet. They have many delicious vegan pastries and options to have lunch! The ambience is simply perfect to come study or hang out with friends! A must if you come to Toulouse!!

We arrived to Zaza to deposit our luggage with bounce and we took the chance of having a really good brunch there. The staff is really kind and we have enjoyed our little pause.

EDIT: as you can see unfortunately the owner has replied in a defensive manner like all the other critical reviews. I’m not sure why the owner cannot accept feedback. It’s just how I feel. Don’t take it personally. (PS I was not sick) The owner and waiters are very nice. But unfortunately the food was a bit bland. The sauces did not taste like anything including the chilli oil. The crumpets were like pancakes. Perhaps I just chose the wrong dish. Anyway, just giving my feedback. I see negative feedback is replied by the owner. I hope they can take this feedback kindly.

A lovely place, full of funky colours and 70s-80s furniture. The flat white is well-balanced, not too bitter or burnt. The babka with chocolate and hazelnuts is good too.

An absolute GEM of a place! The owners are adorable and clearly very involved and proud of the work they've put in.Which they should be! Everything in the cafe is made there and from scratch. They're brunch menu is delicious and they offer unique icecream flavours. Their baked goods are freshly made every day and according to the owner, they let their baker have complete freedom in what they choose to make everyday which I think is awesome. All the employees I've encountered so far are very respectful and a joy to talk to as well. The inside of the cafe is brand new and very unique and fun. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about ZaZa. Everything about this restaurant was fabulous. We ate lunch on Halloween. Each item we ordered was creative, even whimsical, tasty, and filling. The wait staff was warm and welcoming. The decor was calming, beautiful, modern with a retro feel. I am a vegan, and I rarely get desserts that are worth mentioning. ZaZa's vegan dessert was stupendous! I ended my lunch very happy and full. Congratulations to this restaurant for offering a really great experience.

The place to find a good organic and fair trade coffee in Toulouse in a super warm place with super cool and super friendly people. The food at lunchtime is a treat and the decor is great at a really affordable price. And all this at unbeatable prices, just a stone's throw from the Place du Capitole.

Nous avons été déçus par le brunch du dimanche. Pour 50€ (25€ par personne), nous nous attendions à mieux. Le goût n'était pour nous pas au rdv. Nous aurions préféré un menu plus court avec des produits mieux maîtrisés (par exemple au lieu de 7 ou 8 jus en bouteille proposés, un jus d'orange maison).
