“You
know,
one
more
customer
or
one
less
customer.”
Good
morning,
Below
is
a
short
explanation
regarding
the
disappearance
of
businesses
in
the
city
center
(and
a
summary
above).
I
bought
a
pair
of
jeans
yesterday
(08/30)
in
store.
This
morning,
I
removed
the
label
thinking
I
was
going
to
wear
it
for
the
day.
Unfortunately
for
me,
I
ultimately
don't
like
the
jeans
and
I
decide
to
bring
them
back
to
the
store
with
the
label
separate.
The
saleswoman's
response
is
clear
"no
exchange/refund
if
the
label
is
not
on
the
jeans"
under
the
pretext
that
they
do
not
have
the
machine
in
the
store
to
put
the
label
back
on
the
jeans...
In
addition,
I
was
told
that
if
I
had
ordered
online
I
would
have
had
no
problem
making
a
return.
So
when
I
inform
the
manager
that
she
risks
losing
a
customer
(who
is
not
their
first
purchase
at
Levi's,
by
far)
for
her
lack
of
commercial
spirit,
she
simply
replies
"one
more
customer
or
one
less,
it’s
not
a
big
deal.”
However,
the
customer
service
is
on
par
with
the
brand
since
they
agreed
to
take
back
the
item
at
their
own
expense.
My
next
orders
will
therefore
be
made
online,
unfortunately…
