J avais choisi d acheter les chaussures de randonnée en magasin afin de pouvoir les essayer et aussi pour faire travailler les boutiques plutôt que de commander sur internet. La couleur des chaussures que je voulais n étant pas disponible le vendeur m a proposé de les commander. Accueil et service très professionnel et sympathique, avis que j avais d ailleurs laissé après la visite … Mais voilà les chaussures qui ont été livrées, ont un défaut de fabrication. Je ne m en suis rendue compte qu en arrivant chez moi. Je les ai donc rapportées au magasin qui n a rien voulu savoir … ce défaut ne m empêche pas de marcher, m a t on dit !!! Certes … mais on est en droit d espérer que des chaussures à ce prix là ne présente pas de défaut de fabrication…. Si c était cette paire que j avais essayée au magasin je ne les aurais pas achetées. Dernière fois que j achète en boutique , sur internet j aurai pu les changer !! C est aberrant !! Mon avis concernant cette boutique a donc bien changé !! De 5 étoiles je ne leur en attribue plus qu une !! Mais qu importe ils ont vendu des chaussures pour la suite rien à faire ..
