    Unpleasant people, no sense of service or even mutual help. Mom with strollers, the store has stairs to enter and a hinged door. The saleswomen look at me in difficulty, don't even help me at least by holding the door... Same when I left... I need some advice, I feel like I'm disturbing them in their chatter. This was my 3rd visit and last visit to this store. Because it was poorly received every time. In short, very disappointed.

    Extremely unpleasant and even aggressive saleswoman in her actions... I went for an exchange and I had the gift voucher from the Petit Bateau section of Galléries Lafayette. I wanted to know the prices of the items to be exchanged but the saleswoman told me very rudely: "for that I have to call Galléries Lafayette." The saleswoman looks at me without saying anything more. I didn't insist at all. Oooook, no response to my request. The worst was when she saw my items that were from there summer season. The purchase was well over a month old and I had completely forgotten that, in fact, we normally have 30 days. Certainly, my head is in the air but nothing justifies his gesture of raising his hand, planting it in front of me and counting out loud the time passed since the purchase in an unpleasant tone. A haughty, poorly polite woman. I hope she won't be in front of the public again soon.

    Terrible customer experience. We went to buy 5 items in store. Some of these items were not available in store. The saleswoman suggested that we place an order on her tablet and receive the items directly to our home, GREAT! We accept. 4 days later we received the package, but an item was missing... The customer number being overcharged, we called the store to ask for a solution. A saleswoman explained to us that they would get back to us when she managed to contact customer service, which is very difficult to reach even for salespeople apparently. To this day still no call back from the seller. In the meantime we managed to find a non-premium customer service number, they answered directly without waiting and refunded us. The saleswoman clearly lied to us. The reputation of the store does not seem to be the best given the other comments.
