recently
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
at
the
We
Fix
store
located
in
Fnac
Wilson.
I
purchased
a
charger
with
a
cable
and
was
assured
that
I
could
return
it
if
it
didn't
work
with
my
phone.
Unfortunately,
when
I
tried
the
charger
at
home,
it
didn't
function
properly.
So,
the
next
day,
I
returned
to
the
store
to
get
a
refund.
To
my
surprise,
the
girl
at
the
service
counter
was
ill-prepared
to
handle
the
situation.
She
didn't
even
have
the
necessary
tools
to
verify
if
the
charger
was
faulty
or
not.
I
had
to
ask
another
customer
if
I
could
borrow
their
phone
to
test
the
charger,
which
worked
perfectly
fine
on
their
device.
However,
when
I
explained
that
it
still
didn't
work
on
my
phone,
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
responsible
person.
On
my
second
visit,
both
the
girl
and
her
superior
showed
a
complete
lack
of
respect.
The
girl
attempted
to
test
the
charger
on
my
phone
again,
and
when
it
didn't
work,
she
turned
her
back
to
me
and
started
cleaning
the
port
without
asking
for
permission.
I
had
to
remind
her
that
she
should
have
sought
permission
before
touching
my
phone.
After
cleaning
the
port,
the
charger
miraculously
started
working.
However,
when
I
mentioned
that
I
wanted
a
refund
as
I
had
the
right
to
return
the
product
within
14
days,
the
girl
denied
the
existence
of
such
a
policy.
She
then
proceeded
to
charge
me
€9.99
for
the
unauthorized
cleaning
of
my
phone's
port.
I
was
furious,
especially
when
I
later
found
the
official
We
Fix
website
clearly
stating
my
right
to
a
refund.
Only
after
I
confronted
her
with
the
information
on
the
website
did
she
reluctantly
request
a
refund
online.
Throughout
the
entire
ordeal,
she
continued
to
argue,
claiming
that
they
had
done
me
a
favor
by
cleaning
my
phone's
port.
I
acknowledged
the
cleaning
but
emphasized
that
she
should
have
obtained
my
permission
first,
rather
than
charging
me
without
consent.
In
summary,
the
service
I
received
at
We
Fix
in
Fnac
Wilson
was
abysmal.
The
staff
demonstrated
unprofessional
behavior,
and
the
worst
part
is
that
they
didn't
even
accept
my
refund
initially.
I
doubt
they
handled
the
refund
process
correctly,
leaving
me
deeply
unsatisfied
with
my
experience.
I
strongly
advise
against
seeking
assistance
from
We
Fix
in
this
location,
as
it
will
likely
result
in
frustration
and
disappointment.
