Terrible customer service. Placed an order on August 25 2022 , today is 17 September and still not dispatched with no communication as to why it is delayed. I have sent multiple emails and contacted the shop by phone with no response. I contacted the club on social media with no response. No accountability or professionalism. Total amateur management. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I want my order refunded or sent to me now.

Ordered several items in October and had to return several as they were the wrong size. As the returns page on the website doesn’t work followed the ‘temporary’ instructions and sent the items recorded delivery (delivery confirmed by La Poste). Since then no signs of life from the boutique … 2 months of sending mails and trying to contact someone every few days by phone without success. Apparently the ‘service clients’ doesn’t exist. Simply avoid.
