I bought an electric toothbrush there and it broke while under warranty. I took it in with the receipt and they acknowledged it was not functional and under warranty but refused to take it back saying the packaging was missing. Packaging is required for RETURNING goods, not for WARRANTY and what they did was ILLEGAL. It is not worth it taking them to court for a €100 toothbrush but I can at least give them a 1 star review, which they deserve. It was also not nice they had guards eyeing me up while I tried to make my case, can they at least be courteous? Do not buy expensive items there for which you expect warranty.

Huge. If its not here you probably can't buy it. Really busy, but thankfully they have 19 checkout desks! Yeah, really. Staff were helpful, and a good thing too considering there's so much on offer. This place came highly recommended. Not disappointed.

Onr of the best places to shop for anything about health. They have vitamins, oils, creams, sprays, make uos, hair dyes, etc. The products are all of good quality and reasonably.priced. They also have a lot of promotions with their products.

Looking for something, even you foreigner. Don't worry you can find anything what you need. Organized shelves and signs, with multiple items you can find easier. It's better look first in online website then find it in-store. Same prices and disc. items. Cashier are helpful.

Massive range of products on 2 floors. Usually busy but their many cashier's makes any waiting not too bad. Quite a strong security presence on arrival and any bags taken into the store need to be checked in and recovered after your visit.

I think it's the best pharmacy in Toulouse and one of the best in France. There are plenty of non-farmacy goods like healthy food, skincare etc. Good prices and often promotions.

there is at least 4 active cashiers, and one of the workers threw me out and told me «  we won’t give you the product, cuz there are no cashiers », to be precise the employee was stationed near the automated escalators on the lvl -1. over all BAD SERVICE, shout out to the bodyguard true gentleman.
